JobDiva is a wonderful tool that we use to track all of our candidates and clients. This tool is required by my organization for everyone to be able to use. JobDiva helps us to make sure we do not lose contact with any of our candidates or clients. There are wonderful reminder tools and emailing capabilities that really help us drive the number of successful placements with our clients.
  • We can contact many individuals at once by doing email blasts. The more people you contact the better chances of finding that one needle in a haystack.
  • There is a wonderful billing feature that can help you keep your numbers on track. Accounting can be difficult, but with the right tools it can be much more simple.
  • JobDiva is easily accessible via a mobile device which is also a HUGE plus. This is the era of technology. Everything must be accessible at my fingertips.
Cons
  • I wish I could put a candidate's desired salary or hourly rate. For some reason the hourly rate seems to have disappeared.
  • I wish there was a drag and drop feature for adding documents. We collect about 10 docs from each candidate and this would be very helpful.
  • I would love to be able to send my clients their invoice from JobDiva. This may be a feature that is already there, but I have not seen it.
If you are a rapidly expanding company this is a great place to store all of the info and then easily access it. It will help to keep you organized with all human resource files and credentialing. It could also help to keep track of pay rates and/or raises for employees.

JobDiva helps with the entire hiring process, right from finding suitable candidates to helping with application tracking, communication, etc. All senior managers, leadership across verticals and the HR teams use JobDiva for these purposes. It surely helps save a lot of bandwidth on HR side and gives a lot of control in the hands of various stakeholders with respect to hiring decisions and fast tracking the hiring process.

  • Automation tools for entire hiring process.
Cons
  • Reporting and analytics could be improved.
  • Overall tool's speed slows when heavy operations or lengthy reports are made.
  • Rest all is good.
It is very well suited for small to medium organizations, where it can helps save costs instead of hiring a few HR personnel to manage the hiring. It helps with the end to end hiring process from posting, filtering candidates, application tracking, automation workflow, communication flow, etc. It might be less appropriate for extremely large organizations as the cost might shoot up substantially and the speed of the tool also takes a slight hit when heavy processes are run on it.

It is a very good and efficient ATS. It uses all job boards and harvests resumes. It's easy to send a mass email to target a specific audience. We can easily make notes and link candidates to their respective jobs, then set up their interviews and keep notes on calendars. Mass harvesting resumes is sometime a difficult process.

JobDiva is being used as the primary applicant tracking system for Global Networkers. It is only being used by the recruiters as a job requisition and submittal tool. It is an excellent place to store and access applicants through searches of other databases.
  • Importing resumes. JobDiva makes importing resumes easy by having multiple solutions that accept many different file types.
  • Contact management. JobDiva easily allows for access to the types of contacts and how often candidates are contacted.
  • Direct email contact. It makes it easy to mail merge and create templates for use in contacting employees.
Cons
  • Speed of the application needs some adjustment. The application often has issues accessing files.
JobDiva is well suited for aspects of managing a staffing and recruiting firm. You can access all types of data and reporting is relatively simple. The best question to ask is whether the minimum amount per month is worth the usage rate. It is relatively inexpensive for a 5-10 person office but the cost increases rapidly once you get past that number.

We use JobDiva throughout our office. We use it as a tracking system for our potential candidates
  • It is very user friendly
  • Very helpful for keeping my day organized
  • Able to keep all of our notes on each candidate so anyone can step in if necessary
Cons
  • The mobile app isn't nearly as user friendly
  • Would like to be able to look at a couple candidates of at one time
It would be very useful in the Recruiting field. I'm not sure that it would be applicable in any other setting. I may not have correct information because I have only used it for Recruiting but it seems that is the ideal application.
