We utilize JobDiva as our primary ATS, focusing on recruiting as a business focusing on the health industry. We use JobDiva to build jobs, house our candidates and client information, and keep track of all documents that our candidates provide us along the way. We also take advantage of their outreach applications such as DivaReach and DivaBuzz; both of which are very useful to what we do on a daily basis. We keep track of the progress of candidates when they are accepted and going through credentialing and processing. We also utilize this to communicate to our candidates if we're missing anything and even reach out to them to wish them happy birthday!
  • Customer support is very quick at responding when we reach out
  • Updates and enhancements are frequent, they are definitely dedicated to always bettering their product
  • Weekly webinars showing how to do one thing or another
  • This is intended to be customizable to what we as the customer needs, because it is a huge company we feel that this is more like pulling teeth to get something specific we need adapted into the system.
  • It would be nice to have multiple pages possible for the attributes. Just a thought.
The functionality the platform holds is top-notch where I can house details regarding contact information, requested rates, what jobs we're submitting them to, and all the personal information (CV, certifications, degrees, etc) that we obtain from our candidates. It's extremely helpful that I am able to submit candidates externally as that is our M.O. routinely. I really like it.

We have been working with JobDiva for about a year and my team loves the new ATS. We do sometimes run into areas we need help with, but the customer service team is always fast and friendly. I can reach out to my PM at any time and if she is out for any reason, their team will jump in to help. No software is perfect, they are always changing and evolving. The part that matters is how open their team is to jumping in and helping you when needed.

JobDiva is the center of our entire workflow. We use JobDiva to build company profiles, add jobs, recruit for those jobs, onboard, do timesheet collection, monitor applicants and current employees, and hopefully invoice in the future. The system is super easy to use and always expanding. I love learning about more ways JobDiva helps solve every problem.

JobDiva is used as the main HR application for tracking and record keeping of candidates. It is an effective program because it allows quick access to profiles by multiple users within the organization. With it, we are able to source suitable candidates and match them quickly against job profiles.

  • Currently, I don't see any areas requiring improvement. The functionality, visibility, and ease of access have never posed any problems for me, so, unfortunately, I can't comment on this area at this time.
As a recruiter, JobDiva is a great assistant for sourcing suitable candidates because once the correct search filters are input, the best matches are pulled first; usually, this is achieved in a matter of a few seconds. I like the notes feature because with 20+ recruiters using the application it is easy to track if a candidate has been contacted already by someone within the organization, saving a lot of time and effort. The synchronization of JobDiva with Outlook is also highly beneficial as we can quickly track to see if the candidate was emailed as well.

JobDiva provided 99.9% of the functionality required by our company to design workflow for sales, recruiting, mid-back office to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively. Native and custom BI reporting features exceed expectations. Our company is metrics-driven. JobDiva ensures that we accomplish goals and meet delivery expectations.

The Support team is extrordinary. They are quick to respond and resolve issues; the SME and secondary support reps are willing to consider modifications and enhancements that our company needs to support our clients, candidates, and employees.

What I admire most is JobDiva's continuous quality improvement on the platform; there's always something newly introduced and amazing solutons in the design and development stage.

JobDiva is well-suited for consultancy staffing. Our recent integration with ADP is on-going, taking longer than anticipated, but still expect a successful outcome. The back office team struggles with the multiple exceptions to onboarding, payroll, PTO/PSL, etc. resulting from service agreements, though the coddlers for Jobs, Submittals, Timesheets, and Expenses perform as expected and increase productivity for sales, recruiting and back office.

JobDiva has been adopted by our Service Delivery (recruiting) and our Sales organization and is being used to its fullest extent. We now have the Harvesters running basically 24x7, and all of our searching for candidates takes place within the JobDiva database and with Linkedin Recruiter. We are fully utilizing the Assignment Records and Onboarding functions. All of the documents that we send out have been automated with electronic signatures. [...] They pull as much detail from the candidate/job records as possible to populate fields in those documents. The VMS coddlers import open jobs. We utilize the JobDiva timesheets functionality and also the coddlers to import timesheets from VMS systems into JobDiva. We do utilize the back-office reporting for reconciling timesheets and will soon be creating exports for payroll processing. From a back-office standpoint, we have not utilized the invoicing functions since probably 95% of our invoicing is automatic through a VMS system. I have been encouraging that the invoice [is] run anyway so that we see some of the comparative data in the dashboards as most of the financial data from our accounting system [are] not available to the Service Delivery team. [...] It would be helpful to see a general idea of how things look from quarter to quarter or comparatively from one year to the past year.

I can really only speak for the industry we are in, which is Information Technology, but since I have attended many of the conferences in the past and have heard their "sister" company speak - who I believe has been a great influencer in the development of the product - shows that it fits across a multitude of industries with varying worker types. It seems like every time you log in there is a message about some update that has been made. It may not be pertinent to what we do - but it is obvious that it is pertinent to some other industry that they support. That also says that they do listen to their customers. Their support is also tremendous. It is not often that you can say you email support and generally have an email back within 1/2 hour or less.

We use JobDiva to track Jobs (Reqs), Clients, Candidates, our Consultant Employees, Vendors and more! Our entire Company throughout the US uses JobDiva. In addition, we use JobDiva to store resumes, references, contract documents, invoices and more. JobDiva interfaces with many other applications, including HubSpot and more. Our entire team uses JobDiva to perform most of our daily tasks. JobDiva is easy to learn, easy to use, very fast. JobDiva is where I live during the day. Highly recommend JobDiva to you!

JobDiva is the main ATS for all our corporate staffing solutions, from tracking, managing applicants to on-boarding and it has the ability to harvest candidates from online job boards. The system simplifies managing the full recruiting life cycle while on-boarding candidates and synchronizing their current status and making it known company wide. The interface is very user friendly. It only works if the company tracks everything and makes notes. At my current company we suggested JobDiva as it just makes everything easier, you must trust the system and take advantage of its full capabilities.
  • Once a Job is created in JobDiva you have the ability to set it to harvest. This tool will allow JobDiva to source based on saved keywords from major job boards. If the search is saved appropriately you can capitalize on the results.
  • It has great tracking and reports metrics. You can track the activities from all of your recruiters, presented candidates and response time.
  • The calendar synchronizes with Outlook. It makes sure you don't miss important interviews etc,
  • A list of their key word mapping. Would like to see this list public for example if we search for "Data Analyst" I would like to understand why I would get Systems Business Analyst profiles on results.
Some key questions to ask during this process would be, "What is the system storage on how many candidates it can store? Can you make a full integration with your company website or is that an additional feature?" This system fits well from a sales perspective as well. It can track leads and has a tab to enter references and set appointments with potential sales leads.

It's reliable and has lessened the time taken to recruit, and it's applied in our various departments when recruiting and helps us acquire talented staff in our organization. It helps us address the business problem/headache on how to filter and sift through thousands of resumes allowing to do that in an automated manner.

JobDiva helps with the entire hiring process, right from finding suitable candidates to helping with application tracking, communication, etc. All senior managers, leadership across verticals and the HR teams use JobDiva for these purposes. It surely helps save a lot of bandwidth on HR side and gives a lot of control in the hands of various stakeholders with respect to hiring decisions and fast tracking the hiring process.

JobDiva automates many processes for recruiters as well the back-office staff so that we work using the same solution in applicant tracking and talent management. Recruiters can track communications and other aspects of their relationship with candidates. The back office use the solution to combine post-hiring tasks with financial operations such as time sheets, billing and invoicing.

JobDiva is an excellent ATS. Apart from being user-friendly, it's a complete tool on its own. It's a well-designed software that fulfills almost every need of an organization for tracking candidates and jobs. I have been using JobDiva for the last 2 years and it's very useful in the staffing industry. We evaluated JobDiva as part of an organization-wide effort to modernize our hiring and recruiting process. While we ultimately decided to go with another vendor, there were several features in JobDiva that I found very impressive. Most notably the ability to automatically source resumes from multiple sources, and consolidate them into a unified feed was amazing and I would love to see this in more products.

As an IT staffing company, JobDiva is our "hub" of client/applicant information. We use it daily to track all interactions and gauge progress on our daily/weekly/monthly goals.
  • It is a great "all in one" CRM/ATS. You don't need to work with outside vendors/partners to do things like timesheets, billing, text messaging, video interviews, etc. It is all included.
  • Great mobile app that allows users to look up and track info on clients/candidates.
  • The GUI/interface is pretty "clunky," not very sophisticated compare to other competitors.
  • User adoption has been difficult because the process flow is not "intuitive."
We selected JobDiva as a lower-cost option to our then-ATS, Bullhorn. Many other IT staffing firms recommended JobDiva to us. While we are generally satisfied with our choice, Bullhorn was much easier to navigate, the look/feel was way better. However, I guess that is why it cost 3x what we now pay for JobDiva. For a small/growing firm like ours, the ROI for Bullhorn just was not there. Plus, the fact that all of the other features we have with JobDiva (text messaging, video interviews, etc.) are additional costs with Bullhorn.

Jobdiva is an excellent ATS. Apart from being user-friendly, it's a complete tool on its own. It's a well-designed software that fulfills almost every need of an organization for tracking candidates and jobs. I have been using JobDiva for the last 2 years and it's very useful in the staffing industry.

  • For tracking employees productivity and activity.
  • Internal database for resumes.
  • The string suggestion can be more advanced.
  • Resume match should be more accurate.
  • Job search should have more filters.
JobDiva is one of the best applicant tracking systems that I have used so far. It is user friendly. It has a build-in database of resumes inside the system. You can do sourcing inside the ATS, and you can save a boolean search for each job order. JobDiva is well suited for finding talent on the market and it is very easy to use (user-friendly). It has a wide database structure that allows new daily updates to its users.

IT Trailblazers is a staffing company. Staffers and recruiters all use it. JobDiva hosts all of our job boards.

JobDiva is an excellent ATS for companies that need to be housed somewhere and have all of their information available. I could see issues in some spaces though, as there are other ATS that are just more formidable, yet more expensive (icims for example.) JobDiva is where any small to mid-size business should be.

JobDiva is widely used by all the employees of our organization from executive to the Director level. It is used by the whole Organization. It is doing better now and I don't see it address any business problems at this time.

I have used JobDiva at a few recruitment firms over the past 7 years. Other products I have used, which allows me to review JD against industry products, are Taleo; Bullhorn, icims and peoplefluent. What I like best about JobDiva is that it simply makes sense. It can do so much but is organized in a way that is not overwhelming. The features available can support a 5MM or 500MM company without needing to "upgrade" versions. Their reporting tools are hands down the best. Candidate organization, record keeping, and placement data is fantastic. It looks very appealing as well. Both operations, recruiters and sales folks use it.
  • Tracks folks across all steps in the candidate process very well. From where you find them to interview and hire.
  • Very customizable. All fields I need enhancing can be. From what type of meeting I attended to turn down feedback, it can all be set up and made standard across the organization.
  • Support. Oh my. Fantastic. Over the years I have emailed support hundreds of times, not for issues but for how to create custom fields or enhancements ect. They always respond quickly and with specifically illustrated info. They are such a help!
  • JobDiva will listen to your feedback. They created custom large enhancments for me in the past.
  • They upgrade their solution consistantly. The new applicant portol is a very exciting upgrade
  • It feels like a small company and you are heard, but the product is so well designed it seems to have a great team behind it.
  • Tabbing. I wish it was easier to create pop-outs so if I am looking at 3 different candidate profiles and adding notes ect I can have all pop out on tabs.
  • Training for different sectors of recruiting. JD is focused on technology recruitment but for our commercial division it would be nice to have training that makes sense to them and identifies with their issues and needs.
  • Sales activities can be confusing, it would be nice to have the events tab and meetings ect all roll into the same area and show up as 1 on reporting.
Great for IT recruitment firms and other professional services. It just works so well and has fantastic support it is my favorite crm/ats.

JobDiva is being used across our organization. Account managers use it to assign and monitor jobs and recruiters use it to recruit. It is also a really great way to keep your stats in line and in your face to personally improve or drive yourself. It is a great tool for searching but also for accountability.
  • Searching. JobDiva has a great way of searching for candidates and small tweaks make all the difference.
  • Accountability. JobDiva has easy ways of viewing your stats and making sure your hitting your numbers.
  • Organized. JobDiva is very well designed so that you can easily find what you are looking for.
  • It should have an automatic saving feature.
  • more options for predictive texts.
JobDiva is great for finding candidates. Like previously mentioned, it is very well organized and also very easy to use type of Application Tracking System (ATS). It's helpful for reaching out to candidates through the tool or even just having it as a tool to refer to. It also self tracks all calls and emails to make referring to other recruiters/managers notes.

It is being used by our whole organisation. Even after becoming a big name in staffing for software companies, we only use JobDiva as a job board to search for candidates across the US market for our valuable clients. We also use it as an application tracking system.

  • Helpful both as job board and application tracking system.
  • We have access to all the profiles of available candidates in the market on a single interface.
  • Low cost as compared to other job boards.
  • Time to fetch resumes could be faster.
  • You can't add other job boards for resume fetching, apart from some big name job boards.

My Review of JobDiva

My organization uses JobDiva for Recruitment, Onboarding, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and making notes. I use JobDiva for recruitment. It is an excellent applicant tracking system. I get all the information about the candidates, including all the resumes to date that they've uploaded on different job portals. It is the sum of all the job portals, including all the good ones. It is the best ATS I have used to date.
  • It is a sum of all the job boards so instead of sourcing the candidates from different job portals, it minimizes the time. We can easily place good candidates within a minimal time frame.
  • It fetches the best result via Boolean string compared to other job portals
  • For a resume, it allows me to check if I contacted him/her previously, what were the comments, so it's easy for me to short-list the candidates
  • While putting a search string, it does not have the option to put a maximum number of years. For example, I need someone within a range of 2-4 years, that means someone with less than 5 years experience, but there is no option to do this now.
Job Diva is always well suited for recruitment because it keeps all the records of the data which we enter into it, carries a lot of data, and is very fast, easy and quick to handle. I use JobDiva for recruitment and onboarding purposes, and as per my view it is the best ATS so far

We use JobDiva throughout our office. We use it as a tracking system for our potential candidates
  • It is very user friendly
  • Very helpful for keeping my day organized
  • Able to keep all of our notes on each candidate so anyone can step in if necessary
  • The mobile app isn't nearly as user friendly
  • Would like to be able to look at a couple candidates of at one time
It would be very useful in the Recruiting field. I'm not sure that it would be applicable in any other setting. I may not have correct information because I have only used it for Recruiting but it seems that is the ideal application.

JobDiva is a very powerful ATS with an excellent user interface. It is able to be customized to your business recruiting, sales or human resources needs. JobDiva is a website interface so access is available from anywhere you have internet access. Since implementation, we have added tons and tons of resumes just through the coddling feature of JobDiva. JD even has an app that is very helpful in finding contact details when you need them on your phone or on the go.
  • JobDiva has a beautiful and easily navigable interface
  • Easy to enter boolean and start searches
  • It has a strong tracking ability
  • JobDiva has backend issues and frequently crashes
  • If you don't have internet access you cannot access your database
  • It is a small inconvenience but the app needs more UI work
Has been smooth to use and does the job well to track and work with candidates. When running boolean it is quick to pull the database up and give the newest and most fresh candidates in the system. It is easy to track calls and notes with many plugins and features.

JobDiva is used by everyone in our company. The sales team uses it to enter jobs and client information. The technical recruiters use it to find candidates for those jobs. The admin team uses it for time tracking purposes along with the JobDiva financials. JobDiva allows us to use just one application to find all of our candidates for our jobs. We use it to download resumes from various job boards so that our recruiters do not have to hop through different job boards to find the candidates they need.
  • Harvesting resumes from Job boards and entering them into our personal database for recruiters to access.
  • The search agent is a great too for finding the resumes with the skills sets we are looking for.
  • JobDiva also provides a lot of report options for tracking employee progress.
  • Maybe access to more job boards for harvesting purposes? But that is not really a major issue since there are a lot of job boards to choose from.
  • Tends to have some minor glitches that are easily fixed after clearing your internet browsing history.
  • Some of the interface is cumbersome when going back and forth between pages or options.
This software is great for technical recruiting. JobDiva provides options that cover just about every aspect of the business.
