Why do u need to use any other ATS when you have JobDiva. I haven't used any other ATS and I don't think I'll need to switch in future as this one's the best you can get. So, trust me and JobDiva's database and keep going with it only.

  • JobDiva provides features for Onboarding too, like Divareach, E-verification etc. It has many more good onboarding features. However, when you dive deep into these features, you realize that it doesn't serve your purpose at all. A lot of difficulties in understanding a few things like adding logos in Divareach templates etc.
  • My concerns were highlighted to the team, however, the answer was unsatisfactory.
I'm only rating JobDiva from the onboarding standpoint.

We use JobDiva for fetching resumes from different portals and maintaining the database. We also use it to reach consultants for our urgent client's requirements. We search for consultants and ask them to apply for jobs. It is used by the whole organization. Every department uses JobDiva as per their need. It resolves some business problems and it is a faster tool than others and is a good database.

We are satisfied with the properties of JobDiva. It is well suited for all scenarios. It has to work on more advanced features like Taleo and other HRMS tools provide.

JobDiva was used by the whole organization(Softpath System, LLC) for making the business more easy. It was capable of addressing all the staffing and recruiting problems like sourcing quality resumes, editing/updating candidate information, keeping a continuous track of the applicants and even tracking the payments made to the candidates who are under their contract.

Being impressed by the services of JobDiva, I personally recommended that the current management of Pyramid Technology Solutions, Inc. give a shot to JobDiva and their talk is on going.
  • Harvesting resumes from all the portals and getting them together based on the skills.

  • Facility to provide alternative skills and job titles(Boolean Search).
  • Updating candidate information and availability to take up a new job.
  • Providing training for new recruiters by JobDiva team is really good.
  • I experienced it going down frequently.
  • Providing alerts if any candidate changes his potential availability will be an added advantage.

Most staffing and recruiting needs can be fulfilled by JobDiva. The best case for using JobDiva is that it can reduce the cost of buying other portals as JobDiva harvests resumes from various sources. Searching for a particular candidate submitted earlier for a particular job is pretty good and easy. Keeping track of all the jobs which are open or closed is attractive. One more tempting feature of JobDiva is its dashboard, which is very impressive.
