All in one program

- Once you delete a driver be nice if we can still pull them up under their name another tab for deactivated drivers be nice rather than completely being gone.

PLEASE BRING BACK PAPER LOG BOOKS!
- They have a good install team
- In my opinion, the app can be confusing to drivers, I am often having to remind them how to sign in properly, and to be honest I do not know if I am instructing them right.
- I think it is weird that filling out a pre-inspection report does not connect the phone to the appropriate truck automatically.
- Personally, I do not care for the need to sign logs for days where you did not drive, I sign more of those than actual driver reports.

- I had issues with adding another company to my fleet to track them while they were driving for my company.
- I had issues when I first started using Motive with the install. Motive assisted with a talk through method, but it still didn't work. I ended up taking the truck to the shop 3x before they figured out the problem. So, I would like to see Techs nearby to assist with technical issues.

Affordable and convenient
- Great cameras. They are easy to view and have a clear picture.
- Asset Tracking is simple and user friendly.
- The ELD’s are great but we’ve recently had issues with them disconnecting. We’re hoping updated models will fix the issue.
- Customer support isn’t always the easiest to deal with or understand.

- If they don’t have the answer will find someone who does and make sure you are taken care of completely.
- More up to date equipment.
- Customer Service is easy to contact and knowledgeable.

- There is a button when doing query of logs for a period of time that says to export, AND IT SENDS TO THE DOT BUT DOES NOT SAY THAT IS WHAT IT WILL DO!!!!!!!!!!!!
