Since so far we're pretty satisfied using this software (Khoros Care), we used a lot of similar software in the past and only Khoros Care improved our daily work life easier than before. That's why we'd like to continue using this software as long as we can. As a former customer service team lead and now a project manager, I highly recommend this software/tool.

Of course as the company grows owing to its growing customer base, they need to think of out-of-the-box solutions to offer its clients and customer satisfaction is one of them. Retention is very much needed in competitive environment like today and hence it becomes imperative for companies to find different ways to reach their client basis and fix their issues

We began using Khoros care as an agency of just under 100 employees. When we opened nearly double the positions and experienced a highering boom that brought us in just under 250 employees, they were able to easily accommodate our growth while maintaining interface that was familiar for other existing employees.

In order to make Khoros a truly one-of-a-kind tool, the company will need to enhance user experience and ease of use to make it more in-line with native social platforms. Better integration with platforms beyond traditional social will also be important in advancing the listening and engagement capabilities across the board.

I've not encountered much scalability as our team hasn't really grown but I'm unable to see how it can be scaled. Each user needs a licence which I'm sure will cost the business more money but I think it's worth it. Webchat would be the only real scalable feature of Khoros Care

I can see this being easily scaled for larger volumes, however in my opinion the system runs far to slow and may be further impacted with multiple users.
