(1-25 of 99)Overall a decent software for social Media tasks

- They can improve the Analytics part.
- Promotions part can also improved.

Marketing Could Use Some Help
- calendar
- mobile app
- publishing
Good for social media moderation
- Its labeling system is very robust - you can be quite specific without much hassle
- Splitting posts into opened and unreviewed columns
- Being able to see notes from all Khoros users
- It's sometimes hard to get the native link to a user's post, especially if it's hidden
- The button to hide posts will sometimes come up with an error multiple times (on the same post) before working
- Editorial Calendar.
- Marketing dashboard- reporting.
- CX
- Unable to delete posts once published.
- Unable to edit posts once published.
- Carousel-type posts are unable to upload via Khoros.
- easy of use
- pulling in paid content from native channels
- manual and auto tagging
- Reporting - sometimes we have issue with pulling in paid media posts
- Customer Service - Issues that really impact us that we need quickly fixed can take longer than desired
- They removed the intelligence feature with little notice
- Reporting - The dashboards are great but needs updating so drop and drag and formatting is easier.
A Great Social Media Management Platform
The limitations that we face are around social platforms APIs restrictions which impact our ability to use Khoros to it's full potential, resulting in a lot of manual work to tag and re-tag content to ensure performance is tracked within Khoros. As well as some issues with the approval rules, which result in blocking content from being published. Gaps on the analytics side also prove to reduce the relevance of the tool, mostly for reporting on Instagram content performance.
- Ease of use
- Onboarding program and customer support
- Rapid deployment
- Look and feel of the interface could use a refresh as it's not very exciting to use
- Improve analytics features and accuracy
- Facilitate bulk actions
- Better alerts/visibility of collaborative actions and assigned tasks
- Clearer communication around new feature releases and announcements
There are some areas when I would want them to improve, such as the overall look and feel of the platform, to provide more fluidity and modernize it overall. The Analytics technology seems to be a bit behind current standards and the dashboards are still pretty simple with limited dive into the data. In-platform collaboration could be improved and made easier, I tend to get lost or have to search for tasks that have been assigned to me, and fail to find them easily, which causes a bunch of issues for the content to be published.
Suited Our Needs
- Easy to adopt
- I like that you can save pre-approved responses to the library
- You can customize queues to route items to specific team members
- The customer success team is not as connected as they once were.
- Training is limited, you don't feel you're getting a white glove service.
- They seem later to the game in adopting new API features.
- Simple to use
- Easy to organize various posts
- In depth analytics for reporting
- When we had day light savings, certain menus didn't automatically update causing posts to go out an hour early or late
Khoros Marketing FTW!
- Easy to schedule posts across multiple social channels
- Labels/tags, targeting, media uploads, link previews are easy to use in publishing
- Analytics/data reports are easy to understand and simple to edit/customize
- Stronger Instagram integration (upload cover image for videos)
- Ability to resize images in publisher (not just in content center)
- Threads integration
- Edit/add labels in publisher (not just in settings)
Great customer experience with hands-on training!
- Training/Support: LOVE the 1:1 shared screen training method.
- Vast Report: I really like how Khoros offers such a detailed reporting options with customization based on our needs.
- Clear Publishing Dashboard: I like how the calendar view is really user friendly
- LinkedIn integration within Inbox to have a stream of mentions.
- better app experience for publishing to instagram
- integrations with Phenom Analytics (in the same way you pull in traffic insight for Google Analytics)
- Threads integration
Social Media MGMT for a Med-Lrg Biotech

Khoros is Great!
- Schedule/publish content

- Instagram publishing features
- Want to be able to export calendar easier
- Alt text for all channels and not just one or two
Great product for a global team!
- Account and technical teams are friendly, helpful and always available.
- Streamline workflows across a large organization.
- Training and communities for best practices.
- Probably a limitation of the API, but better Instagram scheduling.
- Pinterest scheduling is problematic due to limitations with the hyperlink.
Most likely works well for smaller organizations that don't have a multitude of focuses/business units.
- Inbox feature is easy to use and understand.
- Automated reports.
- Numbers don't always match up to social platforms.
- Creating dashboards from scratch/understanding widgets is difficult.
- Accounts are constantly de-authenticating.
Vast Service Offering - Great for Brands Looking to Scale Their Social Media Investment
- Has a user-friendly platform
- A ton of support resources for new hires and current team members
- Quick to implement/adapt to Social Network API changes
- Analytics are not always accurate or take a long time to sync - specifically for Instagram Reels
- Social Accounts get disconnected frequently
First impressions with Khoros Marketing
- Scheduling. It lets you schedule content in all its details and you don't have to think about it anymore.
- Labeling. Many ways of labeling are available, including some rules to have automatic labels applied to certain types of content.
- Content storage.
- Calendarization.
- Content supported by the platform (PDF). This is valid also for GIFs.
- Complexity of setting up dashboards. Also the way the data are regrouped in the dashboard, they should sometimes be more accurate.
- System of plans.
Great for cross functional teams and easy reporting
- Reporting is great - easy to create bespoke dashboards for multiple ways to view the data and trends in platform
- Onboarding and training - a good repository of knowledge articles for users to access on most aspects of the platform for self-learning
- The user-friendly and intuitive interface allows any user to quickly assimilate how to use the platform.
- Analytics and reporting - sizing of dashboard page makes it difficult to add and position the data 'widgets'
- Naming of knowledge articles not always aligned to the platform terms - some of the content is out of date
- The plan function does not add much value - which is a shame as it could be a good snapshot tool.
If you want to keep your content organized and published correctly, you'll want Khoros Marketin!
- Keeps organic content in one place for easy access.
- Publishes content on organic feeds across multiple social platforms.
- Has in-depth analytics for tracking organic social media posts.
- The "preview" pop out section could be larger so that it's easier to view content.
- The "fields to include" on data exports have many of the same items that are called different things, so better explanations about which one to use would be great.
- Data exports need to be saved outside of the platform because the information expires within the system after a set amount of time.
Room To Grow
- Scheduling
- Planning
- Cross-company view
- Asset management
- Inbox (particularly with LinkedIn)
- Analytics widgets
- Staying up-to-date with Instagram
There is room for improvement in the way different functional teams communicate with each other. Our enagement has not gone as smoothly as we thought it would, due to miscommunication between sales having product knowledge, enablement having knowledge of our business case(s) and customer success being available to connect the various dots.
- Setup of the posts in different .
- Choosing &scheduling.
- Easy to update & manage last time requirements.
- Edit done posts.
- Maybe checking between other territories' calendars.
- Filtering by territories.
Universal Tool Kit for all things social

- Chat center for help
