  • The calendar view makes it easy to see all upcoming posts.
  • Khoros Marketing makes it easy to draft a new post on mobile.
  • Khoros Marketing lets you filter out posts to only see accounts relevant to you and organic posts, not care responses.
  • I wish it could be easier to differentiate between platforms when posting, like adding links for FB and not for IG.
  • Khoros Marketing limits the amount of content I can directly publish to Instagram.
  • I’d like to see the amount of posts that fail to publish be reduced. It’s frustrating to have to check social on the weekends to make sure a post I scheduled actually went live.
I would recommend this to people looking for a easy to use interface when it comes to scheduling posts.

We use Khoros Marketing for just about everything social media related. We collect content through Khoros' Capture app then distribute it to various platforms using Khoros Marketing.

  • When I go to add more content to a post in progress from the Khoros content center, it does not show me the content in order by date. Instead, it's scattered so I have to hunt for it through the folder that it's in.
  • Sometimes I get an email telling me that a post failed. I'm not sure why this happens. I then go back in and do the post the exact same and it goes through.
Overall, it is a great platform for organizing content if you have content coming in from multiple places. It is also just about as good as social media platforms will allow it to be in regard to scheduling and posting content.

Since we are responsible for posting on so many social channels, it helps us post when we are too busy to do it manually. Also when our clients want us to schedule posts on the weekend, it is nice to have the option to do it ahead of time, so I don't have to log into the social media apps on the weekends. However, it does not work for videos or any dynamic assets for me.

From scheduling social media content, to social media analytics and campaign tools, Khoros is definitely our one stop shop for everything we do in social media. With around 8 different channels that we manage with a relatively small team, Khoros gives us the tools to quickly and efficiently manage all of our pages.

Khoros is well suited to larger companies that deal with many different channels and points of contact online. You can see analytics across all of your channels individually and combined, which can be useful in crafting a social media strategy across all channels. Although it has the functionality to post to social media channels, it doesn't quite have all of the toolsets of the social media apps, making posting natively still ultimately the best way to go.

My company uses Khoros as social media management, social listening, and customer care tool. Multiple branches (countries) coordinate and share social media content via Khoros. Using Khoros Intelligence, we generate regular social listening reports for product managers on various topics (technologies, competitors, products) from Twitter posts/conversations. Customer queries on Twitter are answered via the corporate customer care inbox.

Khoros Marketing works well for companies that have many users going into the platform. My company has many users from multiple branches that all use Khoros for both separate and overlapping platforms, and running into each others' efforts hasn't really been an issue for us. In fact, it's easy to see what is scheduled from the calendar view and copying posts is pretty simple.

At Harlem United, we use Khoros Marketing for our social media planning by utilizing the calendar and for our social media analytics. Khoros Marketing helps us determine which content is performing best and which is not. Its addition, it's helpful in determining which demographics we need more focus on reaching. Also, the calendar makes it easier to visualize how to strategize and plan our content.

Khoros Marketing is well suited for social media planning/calendaring out your social media feed in advance over several social media channels. Khoros Marketing takes the difficulty out natively posting on each social media platform. I think for posting things in real-time, Khoros Marketing is not best suited. I think it's better to post natively. Also, Khoros Marketing is more suited for posting still images but sometimes is not the most consistent in posting videos.

It is a useful tool as it allows me to have all the info I need at once, to post with an easy procedure, and also to have a detailed report adjusted by the info I need

Khoros Marketing has remained our source of truth for scheduling content, approving content, labeling content as different categories/campaigns, and providing a super-easy overview of day-to-day social plans. It is an easy place for us all to see what is still needed for posts, working with our design partners and copy team to make sure all pieces of content are final and ready to post.

I think Khoros Marketing works excellent when it comes to collaborating with team members, clearly seeing who made edits when, and being able to hold users accountable for any changes, edits, or updates. For social marketing specifically, it is a great place to have all content in one place and have it as a source of truth for other team members hoping to see what we have planned. However, with the limited number of seats included with our plan, which is already pricey, it is difficult for everyone who needs access to have an account. We also have had many issues with the platform not updating, lagging, or other support issues with log-in information (not getting a security code) or the site itself freezing and closing down.

I use Khoros Marketing for my daily social media posting. Since my company runs two entities, I divided them into two different initiatives within the program and the process for posting for both has been very smooth. Khoros is very user friendly! I schedule posts for 4 different social networks at a time and they made it so easy to link all of the accounts beforehand. I also love the in depth analytics it provides such as impressions and engagement.

  • I wish you could edit Instagram Reels on here.
Khoros Marketing is great for scheduling social posts ahead of time. The calendar really gives you a clear visibility of everything that's going on. I like how it shows you a breakdown of the full week or of the full month.

It works for single teams managing multiple channels and centralizing activity for organizations with social teams spread across business units that need a single point of entry for managing social channels. Marketing works well for simple customer care that does not require a lot of automation or tracking of care metrics. It is not suited for a sophisticated customer care operation. The Khoros Care product is needed for that.

We interact with our followers on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, and YouTube and can easily create streams and notes to manage our daily workload.

The team I work on relies on the product on a daily basis. Our team primarily uses it, but other departments across the company, including CX, have a use for it as well. This software allows us to successfully schedule content and pull insights.

This tool is being used by the PR arm of the university, and our university police department also has access so they can utilize this tool for potential crisis situations. We utilize Marketing, Experiences and Intelligence, and one of the biggest benefits we've seen from this tool is the use of Intelligence, with the ability to pull retroactive data + receive real-time notifications based on searches created. We experience several crises a semester, and this tool has been a game-changer in those situations.

  • I like how Khoros will work with our link shortening and custom vanity URL to create links that are concise and include tracking.

Khoros Marketing is begin used by several different departments on different initiatives. We use Khoros Marketing to schedule and post on several different social channels. We use the calendar as a planner and analytics for measurement. We also use a custom channel for Glassdoor. It doesn't publish, but we can use the calendar and workflow.
  • I heavily use labeling on all my posts. This allows me to segregate posts by different topics and categories and then measure.
  • I find it easy to filter and export reports of different types, whether it's posts for a particular channel or metrics based on certain labels.
  • I am missing a lot of the functionality for LinkedIn. I understand that a lot of this is issues with the API and not Khoros Marketing. I'd like to be able to @mention people, and would like to get mentions in my inbox so I can reply.
  • I'd love to be able to do more with Instagram, such as stories and gifs, directly within the tool.
  • My company is still working on security for the use of the mobile app. This would be a huge improvement for my team.
Khoros Marketing is well suited for companies in multiple channels, with multiple different initiatives. I find that it's easy to switch between all the functions. It may not be as suitable for a company that has a very simple structure and would not be able to take advantage of all the available tools.

  • I would love to be able to edit posts directly from Khoros after publishing instead of needing to go into the native platform to fix typos, etc.
I think that you need to be a company of a certain size before the platform makes sense. We are probably at the smaller end of that effective scale. It has been a great tool to roll out globally. Our branch offices have adopted with minimal difficulty. Khoros has been great--even sending speakers to Madison when we had our entire global team together for a meeting.
