I've started using Klipfolio to create an executive dashboard. Great product, powerful and relatively easy to use - and when you get stuck, customer service is always there to help, and quickly! I love the "chat" feature of customer service, it has saved me a LOT of frustration. I definitely recommend this product!

We use Klipfolio to visualise data across a wide array of data sets (departmental KPIs, key business progress etc). It allowed us to simplify departmental assessment procedures & easily asses areas which require improving on.

Klipfolio allows you to easily integrate with third-party services (such as Slack, MySQL etc) in order to pull data & display it in a readable format.

We used Klipfolio to create dashboards and visualizations over the marketing campaign data that we get from from Google Analytics. It was easy to use, intuitive and we were able to create good-looking dashboard in a short span of time and the business users are happy with the dashboard and the decision to go with Klipfolio.

  • The UI is excellent and loved by C level executives
  • Data Integration from many sources
  • Detailed Documentation and good support
Cons
  • Dashboard Customizations to suit the needs of business users
  • Limited API settings
  • Development time could be better since some features which are available out of the box in other tools needs time and effort to replicate here
Likelihood to Recommend
It is simple and easy to connect to data and create dashboards which look good. Do not recommend for scenarios where high customizations are required. There is a steep learning curve but once you get around the initial learning phase, you can get the most out of it. Mobile app support is good and we plan to develop more dashboards using Klipfolio in future.

We are Certified Partners of Klipfolio, so we are fans. :-) We help a lot of businesses with the implementation of their dashboards. Besides that, we use Klipfolio ourselves as well. The biggest pros: the ability to combine a lot of different sources, the possibility to build your own custom dashboards with all the metrics/data you want to see at one place and the awesome support team of Klipfolio! They are always there to give suggestions or help you build the klips you want.

As a digital marketing agency, our clients will continue to judge our contributions by the bottom line. But if you are a digital marketer, your contribution to the bottom line is nebulous at best. Right? So you, like us, need a way to measure and display these metrics in a way that proves success. You need a solution that can connect to more MarTech that you knew even existed and aggregate the data for easy consumption. Hello Klipfolio!

If your MarTech stack is unwieldy, then Klipfolio can help wield your data. We measure EVERYTHING here at Access Marketing Company, so that means I've got a dozen Chrome tabs open and I'm constantly cross-referencing my data. With Klipfolio, I can connect all these different sources and combine their data as I track leads through the funnel. I can set numeric goals in my metrics and monitor my progress daily. I can see a situation or two (or more, for sure) where Klipfolio is just too much. For example, a B2C that generates 80% of its sales through Facebook. The FB dashboard is all you would really need. Or maybe your company lives in the Google Suite. Data Studio (or maybe just straight Google Analytics) would suffice.
