KnowBe4 is used across our entire organization to help provide cybersecurity awareness training. It allows us to measure how employees are responding to phishing. There is training material that provides generalized guidance and there are options to customize training as well. It also helps in that cyber insurance companies require some kind of training to provide insurance.

- The phishing emails are very convincing.
- Employee tracking of performance and participation is straightforward.
- Metrics could offer more detail into the results of tests specifically which questions were answered incorrectly.
- Some questions asked after the training material is presented are not covered in the material itself.

Not just your average training platform. This product is light years of other vendors.
We started using theKnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform just over 6 months ago, and we made the change because of the ease of use of the platform and the fact that everybody gets a different email for simulations. The fact that our employees receive different phishing simulations on different days was a big win for us. In the past they use to tell one another about the simulation.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from a Legal Perspective
We use the security awareness training modules that come with our subscription. We also do monthly phishing tests. The phishing tests are very important to keep our users trained on the ever changing threat landscape. Email is our #1 threat. We also use the PhishER and PhishRIP with our O365 email to identify and extract malicious emails.

- More simple and clear instructions for people who have started training and think they have completed it but really didn't. They just forgot a very simple step

Hate the Smell of Phish? Make the KnowBe4 Dish.
We use KnowBe4 primarily for end-user training, simulated phishing campaigns, and PhishER. As much as I love the training modules and phishing campaigns, without a doubt, the best feature for us is PhishER. We have not only been able to identify active phishing campaigns against the company and stop them in their tracks, but we have also been able to identify account takeovers from legitimate vendors before they even knew. The combination of simulated phishing campaigns with quarterly user training has allowed us to be proactive in our efforts to stop the evil-doers of the world. I cannot say enough good things about the platform and especially PhishER. With all the automation options, integrations, and reporting, PhishER gives me a certain sense of relief when it comes to identifying and remediating phishing attacks.

- Reporting: I use custom PowerShell scripts to generate my own reports from the csv files I download from training and phishing campaigns. The reporting is dynamic and based on current user information. This means that a campaign with a PPP of 10% last year will now show something like 8% since some users who were in that campaign are no longer in the system. This makes it impossible to track progress since the report for any phishing campaign changes when a user is removed from the system.

KnowBe4 is great.
We use KnowBe4 as our primary training platform for Cybersecurity. We leverage the phishing campaigns as well as the Phish ER product.

- Images in the phishing campaigns, as they are not embedded they are all stripped out and this makes the campaigns not as effective.
- Working with other security partners to add the KnowBe4 phishing domains to trusted domain lists. A number of other security partners like checkpoint put the KnowBe4 domains on black lists so they are not usable.
- The quality of training needs to improve as the same message over and over again from the spokesperson is not effective and leads to very little options for training.

We provide quarterly training to our employees, focusing on current events. One good thing about KnowBe4 is they keep their training content regularly updated. This allows us to keep avoid duplicating training modules, keeping the content fresh. There is ample material on social engineering, which is a major concern since most malware/ransomware is introduced into environments by an accidental click.

KnowBe4 is used in this public K-12 school division to keep staff aware of potential email spoofing and scams. This product heightens awareness and provides you with data to understand which users need extra assistance in recognizing troubled messages. This can be done through campaigns that you initiate and parameters that you establish. <br><br>Data is provided to you after each campaign to see how staff are performing. There is also a comparisson graph visible to demonstrate how your firm compares to the industry average.<br><br>Support staff at KnowBe4 is also top notch. Any contact that I need or have had with them has been superb and professional.

Excellent product! One of the biggest pluses for me are how great the metrics have been in identifying our overall organization's propensity to be fooled and how the exercises have helped us trend downward. We purchased PhishER too and even though the initial product was a little flawed (it didn't tie into Microsoft Outlook's spam/phish button add-in for years and around the time purchased), they ended up resolving that years-long issue a few months ago. The other part of the equation is how great and active the customer relationship support has been. Shout-outs specifically to Colleen H. who we initially engaged with and Erika M. who has been our customer success manager for all the months we've had the product! Without these great women patiently guiding us through the initial and post-product purchases, our happiness would the overall product would only be 100% instead of 110%!

KnowBe4 is better than we could have hoped for.
KnowBe4 has been a great asset to us. We started using it when we realized our users didn't know enough about the threats that were out there. I set up a fake email address and sent it to a few people in our organization, and an alarming number failed to tell it was fake. Now after training, our users are amazing at either spotting or reporting phishing and fake emails. We went from a nearly 30 percent failure rate to less than 2 percent now. I can't recommend KnowBe4 enough. Everyone I talk to that even mentions phishing, I tell them about our success. The ongoing training videos keep us all up to date, and the simulated phishing emails work wonders to make our users stay on their toes about security. It also goes past just email, their videos have helped our users spot fake websites and be much more cautious when traveling and getting on WIFI.

we use KnowBe4 in order to ensure that we have a high level of Cyber Awareness amongst different layers of staff in the organization. We use it to manage all Cyber training as well as internal training as well as testing of the effectiveness of the training modules over time.
