  • I haven't found anything to be difficult or cumbersome with the training services except for implementing the Phish Alert Button on mobile devices, but that is a function of limitations placed on the interface by the email provider, not the KnowBe4 team or product.

  • Login is not comfortable for users: they either need to remember the password or use the password-less link after receiving invitation link.
  • SAPA and SCS are too long and boring. Some questions are not clear (maybe the reason is bad translation into local languege). No option to add/delete some qustions or create own Assessments.
  • Whitelisting is complicated
  • in case of false positive failure (users havent clicked the links but for some reasons fhishing messages marked as clicked) administrator have to delete clichers from the report one by one (no option to mark several users and then delete all of them)
  • Some interesting trainings are not translated into local laguage or have just subtitles

  • Adding managers to user fields after-the-fact, should be based on group or department
  • recurring training can be kind of cumbersome to figure out because it's nested within the initially created training. It makes sense but still a little off.

  • If customizing a template, it can be difficult to find it again in other parts of the system, like when setting up notifications.
  • Getting users who click on a phishing email automatically added to a group but auto removing them isn't straight forward. This is when adding a user to remediation training group and then removing them after they've completed it.

  • When sending out campaigns with high volume of recipients, there is a delay. This is not a huge problem but its unclear how long it will take for all to receive. More insight into this would be great.
  • The Reports functionality could use a major upgrade. They are not easy to use at all and cannot be modified to fit my organizations needs.
