The most valuable feature for us is form creation and editing forms. Tungsten Power PDF allows us to easily create PDF and edit PDFs and forms. This was the reason we purchased the product and how we used it. It allows us to do our work in house and not have to hire someone to create forms for us.

Tungsten Power PDF Advanced.
This has become repetitive, but the fact that I can edit PDF files and convert files to/from PDF is paramount to my productivity. I also love that I can place multiple signatures on documents as necessary. It helps save me from printing and scanning. Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite software applications.

The features we use most often are: creating pdfs, removing/deleting pages from pdfs, converting from pdf to word, annotating pdfs, inserting signatures into pdfs, redacting pdfs, flattening files to remove metadata/floating text boxes, etc, printing to/from pdf, and imposing security on pdfs.

Kofax hands down winner over other paid PDF programs!
As I've mentioned in my review, often, a Power PDF printer is invaluable to me! Flattening a file has been helpful. Scanning a new document from my physical scanner has been very useful. Editing text on the fly is very beneficial in my line of work. Adding text as a note or update on the progress of a particular PDF document is helpful. Like the stamps feature, too.

By Far The BEST PDF Program EVER!!!!!
Conversion of the PDF file to different type of files and also the Stamp functionality. The ability to edit PDFs, resort pages, and extract, remove, and append documents and PDFs to an original PDF. Also, one of the best features of Kofax Power pdf that I like is it's encryption. As a user I find the password protection a document a lot easier than Adobe pdf. it's editor is very efficient as well and automatically detects the texts for editing. Optical character recognition (OCR) is very much enhanced and reads the images.

Kofax, a good PDF Option
Their type writer feature is great, allowing text to be entered where you want it. You can also make all of the pdf turn into text which is a great tool. They also offer buckets, where the text is kept in editable squares, which is a unique feature I have not found in other tools.

Kofax Power PDF has been a great addtion for our company
The ability to edit specific sections within the PDF is invaluable. This features alone saves us hours of work at times. Being able to combine Multiple PDF's into one document is a necessity to us. We have found this to be very easy with Kofax. The program itself loads quickly, and we have seen no lag or issues with the program.
