We use Laiye RPA to automate finance, human resource, tax report, logistics (stock in and stock out), sales orders to account receivable, and purchase orders to account payable. It reduces human labor cost, and gets jobs done much more quickly and accurate. As a result, response time is less, and customer satisfaction is much higher.

Laiye RPA is suited in repeating and stable business processes which are rule driven, such as finance, human resource, tax report, logistics (stock in and stock out), sales orders to account receivable, and purchase orders to account payable, and etc. It is not appropriate in situation where flexibility is required to complete tasks, or human to human communication is a key factor.

We use Laiye RPA to deal with simple and repetitive data entry and data comparison. So far, AWS China have many departments using Laiye RPA to help us improve work efficiency. In the coming year, we are going to adopt more Laiye RPA workers to deal with sales, finance and other scenarios.
  • Laiye RPA can also run in the background, does not occupy the mouse and keyboard permissions of business personnel.
  • Easy to use, multi language choice, friendly interface.
  • 7 * 24 hours quick response, good service.
  • There is nothing particularly unsatisfactory.
1. Order entry-- to process the data import of different systems in the order filling process;
2. Reconciliation -- comparison between actual business data and CRM data;
3. Data monitoring -- real time monitoring of abnormal fluctuation of business indicators;
4. Contract information extraction -- quickly extract key information of contract;

It is mainly used by departments, which saves a lot of time and labor cost. It is the best RPA robot ever used. The five robots are deployed, and they are continuously deployed in 24 hours, which directly saves about 20 ordinary data employees' workload, and ensures efficiency and accuracy.

We have used Laiye RPA in numerous departments, mainly HR and finance. Processes like payroll processing and expense management were previous conducted manually and required a great deal of time and effort, but this is no longer the case since these processes have been conveniently automated through Laiye RPA, leading to increased productivity levels and higher business efficiency.

Laiye RPA really excels in processes like CV screening, invoice processing, and web scraping. Generally, any automation process that necessitates the use of AI/OCR would be a great match for Laiye RPA since its accuracy rates are very high. Most of our documents are in Thai with words that I, as a foreigner, find a little difficult to understand. The bot, on the other hand, has proven itself to learn quickly from experience and adapt for increasingly accurate document analysis and processing. This is something we have found to be very impressive!

Our organization has mainly implemented Laiye RPA in the sales department for conducting RPA-driven comparative analysis and predicting market trends. We find that its AI capabilities are ideal for this department, as it is able to effectively and quickly analyze market behavior and recognize and compare to produce excellent results.

Laiye RPA’s AI capabilities make it ideal for implementation in the sales department, specifically in observing, analyzing, and comparing market behavior to predict future trends. At this moment, we have only used it in the sales department and have been very satisfied. We are not in a position to say where it would not excel, as it has produced fantastic results in our area of implementation.

As is often the case in Finance, we had a lot of time-consuming manual processes starting from accounting to loan approval which would undoubtedly benefit from automation.
  • OCR for invoice processing.
  • Account reconciliation.
  • Order processing and payment.
  • Language capabilities improvement including Mongolian.
Manual processes such as account reconciliation and invoice processing are well suited for Laiye RPA, since its powerful RPA features along with advanced AI functionalities can be effectively leveraged in these specific cases.
