We are using LeadSquared as a CRM tool in our organization, we manage all the customer data and its relevant details, communication history, our performance funnel, Attendance history, Call reports with the help of this CRM tool. All required fields of the customer such as name, mail id, contact number, source campaign, usage history are recorded in the LeadSqared for reaching them with clear data. It helps us in getting the deals done with better lead optimization.
  • Call history is recorded like dialed calls, connected calls, total talktime in a daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and on a custom basis.
  • The activity history of both customers, and employees are shown clearly, which help us a lot in understanding the interest of the customer, and their communication history with the organization.
  • Daily attendance history and man-days management can be done.
  • Sales performance and their values are mapped clearly.
  • Need to improve the stability of the portal.
  • Sometimes, it delayed in catching the call histories.
  • Customer service and their response time for query resolving need to improve.

We have used Leadsquared (or LSQ as most people fondly call it) as our CRM software for all 6 websites. We have used all the basic features as well as some unique ones available in their CRM. Things from email campaigns, landing page creations, lead form integrations to tasks like automation, third-party integrations like FB, Whatsapp, SMS vendors, etc have all been tried and tested from our end. LSQ is our go-to place for all data requirements. Reports are very intuitive and easy to understand apart from the easy Lead Management System inbuilt inside the platform as part of the entire CRM. Top this with the service which they provide, always available just a call away. Be it the account manager, finance team, support team, and most importantly the Tech-wizard they provide you as a customer. The journey has been so smooth that it feels like we have been working together for ages. The entire team has been so closely involved that we feel that they are part of our organisation and not just another service provider.

LeadSquared is used by my organization for generating quality leads for our services and apart from this we are using it for marketing too, for example, we are using it to send important information and announcements and initiatives to our existing customers and target prospects. We are managing all our cold as well as the warm leads in this tool. It is used by the department only not by the whole organization, we are using it for the Marketing and Sales team. If I talk about what business problem LeadSquared is solving, then I'll just say our lead generation process. Yes, we are primarily using it for lead generation and database management.
  • LeadSquared is doing a great job in providing a detailed dashboard of all the campaigns and these dashboards are very informative and easy to understand, like open rate, bounce rate, click rate, etc.
  • LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it.
  • LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well.
  • LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it.
  • Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this.
  • LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.
LeadSquared is well suited when it comes to a 100% inbox delivery rate and dashboard feature like click rate, open rate, bounce rate, etc. LeadSquared is less appropriate when we compare its price to similar products. Sometimes it is difficult for a small organization to afford this but on the other hand, I must say that it is worth to spend.

Lead management is very easy and user-friendly. Also, other platforms can be synchronized easily. Reminders and notifications also come in a short and precise manner. Multiple tab operation on the website needs a bit of improvisation. I hope to see an update on this very soon. I will definitely recommend LeadSquared to all professionals.

We use LeadSquared to manage our registered users and engage with them via Marketing Automation. It has multiple features to facilitate Marketing and Customer Success teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Our Account manager and Technical support team has been very proactive and helpful in our journey to integrate our application with the tool. While it has some cool features and amazing support teams, there are few limitations in capturing the lead source when users register from the mobile application, and also users registering from specific browsers in some instances. I hope the Leadsquared engineering team will overcome such challenges in the future.

It would be unfair If I don't mention Pratheek's name, who manages our account. He has been very proactive and Mr.Dependable for any kind of help and support required anytime.

LeadSquared is used as an integrated marketing and our sales/leads automation tool in our organization for 100% of our leads which are obtained from the web - this will include website leads, landing page leads, toll-free number leads, affiliate and partner leads, social media leads etc. Our fulfillment channels include website and call centers and integration and customization with relation to all these leads sources and fulfillment channels was required by the CRM solution. We have been able to address lead prioritization, tracking, leads and sales attribution, sales and lead automation etc.
  • Value Proposition - The features and service the product offers is great for the price point at which they operate.
  • Service is very customized and personal. Customer Success team is very thorough with their follow-ups and make sure they go the extra mile to get things done.
  • Some basic requirements for BFSI were not part of the initial product offered to us. We had to wait for some time to get it included in the product and had to work around with stop gap solutions.
  • Reports section can be better with more customization related to industry and direct link to data view.
Small and medium enterprises and teams would benefit with the value proposition that LeadSquared brings to the table. It provides a one-stop shop for a majority of your marketing-sales requirements. Its integrated solution provides salesforce, leads and customer automation at your fingertips.

We use the SMS & Email campaign module, seems to work fine.

  • The built-in connectors to third-party tools like a telephony system or platforms like Facebook are very easy to use.
  • The API connectors & Web-hooks are simple to use and can be integrated with your core systems.
  • Reports section can be improved.Currently, it does not allow schedule reports to management if they are not a user. Scheduling reports in multiple formats like CSV, EXl or PDF is not available.
  • Callers are not able to view their appointments for the day in a single view
  • Dashboard required has a lot of UI issues and needs an overhaul
  • User management needs to be improved. There are additional users consumed just to manage call routing attest in our use case.
Its an ideal platform for quick setup and gets your business going as it is very powerful and allows a lot of customization and adapts to your use case unlike large CRM's.

I have been using LeadSquared for a year now. Its interface is quite intuitive and APIs are easy to integrate with your online applications. I really like the built-in reports template, plus you also have an option to create your own. Also, LeadSquared Support team is highly responsive to the tickets. Finally, LeadSquared organizes a lot of webinars on various topics which keeps you updated with the latest trends in the digital marketing space.

It's a very nice lead nurturing platform and suitable for small to mid level enterprises where leads are still managed using Excel sheets. Using Leadsquared, you can track first and last touch point of any lead. In case, you want to track multiple touch points, LeadSquared may not be that useful.

We are a small business using Leadsquared for lead management, customer information, and marketing (primarily through email marketing) and lead capture. The price point is fantastic for small business and the product does what it claims to do. It is well designed and well thought out. I have seldom had to use customer service to ask questions, but when I have, the response times have been very good and the support staff know their product.

  • Functionality - Customization of fields, email marketing, and lead capture pages are feature rich and easy to set up and create.
  • Quality of product - Works as advertised.
  • Updated from when I first reviewed - Leadsquared now works with Zapier and I have successfully done some custom zaps from Leadsquared to Xero (our General Ledger)
  • Drip marketing (sending emails based Lead Age / Lead Staleness) can be difficult to setup ideally; I would like to see more robust business logic for triggering events based on the staleness/duration spend on leads stuck in a stage.
For small businesses, if you are envying apps like Hubspot or Infusionsoft (these were the types of suites I wanted) you should try Leadsquared. For a fraction of the price it may meet your needs.

I use Lead Squared as the marketing automation platform to support my B2B clients. LS is used for campaign creation, distribution, analytics and lead management. It goes way beyond a basic email service provider as it features lead scoring, landing pages, triggered campaigns and CRM functionality. It offers a lot of value for the price paid.

We wanted a solution that could be a CRM as well as an automation platform and LeadSquared does a fantastic job in both areas. We generate a lot of leads from ads, IVR, web chat and our website. LeadSquared allows seamless lead capture from all sources. My team was also able to create and run autoresponders and drip campaigns very quickly after implementation, making sure that we never miss any queries. Going forward, we are planning to fully utilize this system, to increase our sales efficiency as well.

We are using Leadsquared to map customer communications - on phone, chat and email. All our leads through our online marketing initiatives are pulled into Leadsquared, and the customer service team uses Leadsquared to follow through on the leads as well as clients.
  • Most of the leads can be captured, so leakage is avoided. We have plugged our leads leakage by over 30%.
  • Telephony integration with recordings helps keep a track of all communication.
  • High degree of customization to suit your organizational workflow.
  • Real-time lead integration helps in quicker create-to-contact time.
  • Landing pages are not mobile friendly.
  • A small percentage of lead sources for e.g. leads coming through emails are left out.

Simple to use. It is easy to see new leads and track them through the sales process.The support is outstanding, any questions are answered in good time and any features we have requested to be incorporated into Leadsquared have either been action-ed or are being considered. If they cannot do something we request, they suggest alternative ways around the problem. This is a rapidly evolving product and I feel they are up there in terms of features with the market leaders. The ability to score leads and have an engagement score is a great feature, helping us to identify leads that will potentially convert faster.
  • Simplicity of the interface with 4 main functionalities: email automation + autoresponders + landing pages + website widgets. Powerful functionalities, yet simple interface.
  • Possibility to use our own design for email and landing pages: all seamlessly integrated with the LeadSquared functionality in the background.
  • Once the prospect clicks on an email link, his browsing history on our website is linked automatically to LeadSquared. This applies also retroactively - even for activities that happened before clicking the email links. So when our sales team starts a conversation with a prospect, they know exactly the professional interests of the user. We sell professional content subscriptions for our website, so this functionality is really key.
  • Simplicity of lead list management + individual emailing. Effectively, the system works now as our CRM: we moved away from Salesforce and use this instead. If your usage of Salesforce functionality is "basic", you can consider the alternative of only having LeadSquared: you would have a CRM and marketing automation in one system. Way simpler + the sales team love it: saves time = more calls. (Disclaimer: we run a native website system that can do billing - so you would still need that functionality separately.)
  • Above all - professional and flexible team at LeadSquared that really reacts to our needs!
  • Some limitations in basic plan may not be explicit, I recommend using a trial version, and checking and asking about every aspect you will need.

LeadSquared helps prioritize real hot leads and improve sales productivity through their lead scoring mechanism. For marketeers, I am yet to see another cool and simple-to-use wizard setup of email campaigns. It's always a delight to design, upload copy and schedule professional looking mails in a jiffy. It hardly takes 60 minutes for the entire process!

LeadSquared is being used for marketing automation for a professional content website that sells subscriptions. We have implemented some functionalities and are still exploring others, but what we have done so far has proven effective. We've been using this for 6 months now - mainly email campaigns and landing pages. In addition to marketing automation, we've moved away from Salesforce completely and use this as our main CRM in parallel to our native website system.
  • Simplicity of the interface with 4 main functionalities: email automation + autoresponders + landing pages + website widgets. Powerful functionalities, yet simple interface.
  • Possibility to use our own design for email and landing pages: all seamlessly integrated with the LeadSquared functionality in the background.
  • Once the prospect clicks on an email link, his browsing history on our website is linked automatically to LeadSquared. This applies also retroactively - even for activities that happened before clicking the email links. So when our sales team starts a conversation with a prospect, they know exactly the professional interests of the user. We sell professional content subscriptions for our website, so this functionality is really key.
  • Simplicity of lead list management + individual emailing. Effectively, the system works now as our CRM: we moved away from Salesforce and use this instead. If your usage of Salesforce functionality is "basic", you can consider the alternative of only having LeadSquared: you would have a CRM and marketing automation in one system. Way simpler + the sales team love it: saves time = more calls. (Disclaimer: we run a native website system that can do billing - so you would still need that functionality separately.)
  • Above all - professional and flexible team at LeadSquared that really reacts to our needs!
  • LeadSquared is for individual leads, i.e. people. If you have company accounts (which we do) and want to use this for CRM functionality, then tracking accounts is a bit more difficult. Doable (we have done this), but more difficult.
  • No API integration with Salesforce. When moving from Salesforce which we pretty much had to move our database manually. But that was a good exercise for cleaning up the database.
  • Some graphic output, such as click/open pie charts misrepresent data. Easy fix, I guess, but needs to be done :)
Are you aiming simply for marketing automation? If so - wonderful. LeadSquared works beautifully.

Are you trying to use this to replace a CRM in addition to marketing automation? If so, then this works for uncomplicated cases.

Ezetap uses LeadSquared to track our sales in the retail channel. The product is used by our retail sales managers, and our third-party agents who are on the field selling our products.

We picked LeadSquared as it fit our business needs perfectly - we need an easy way to create and track leads on-the-go, and various roles/access levels as we work with different third-party agencies.

  • Since most of our agents are out on the field, and sometimes in areas with poor network connectivity, we need a way to store records offline.
  • Auto-population of certain fields based on rules. For example - I have two fields - City and Zone. Zone should auto-populate based on the City selected. I should be able to create these rules as an Admin.
  • Support on older Android versions. Currently, LeadSquared works on Android OS versions 4 and above. It would be great if lower versions are supported since our agents have older phones.
  • Viewing groups in csv downloads. When we download a csv of a particular list, the Group field is not visible as it is not a lead-level attribute.
Our selection process main criteria included mobile app availability, a good price point and support for groups and role-based access. LeadSquared satisfied all of those for us.

We use LeadSquared for our marketing campaigns and sales pipeline management. Their built-in app store helps us to integrate various other applications like "web chat" with the CRM portal so we can manage everything from a single front end.

Its a great product to automate your online marketing and for managing your leads. Especially if you have more than a few sales people who take care of sales because no matter how closely you micro manage your sales team, it's always easy to let your important leads drain through the holes of a "less than perfectly managed" sales team that tries to multitask between multiple leads all the time. The best part about LeadSquared is not their software, its' their client support that will always take that extra step to make sure your experience is perfect with the application. I have had instances when their relationship manager has helped me out of her specific office hours.

LeadSquared is whole and sole for our company. We use it to create a landing page for online marketing to grab leads; then we use it to manage these leads and then afterwards we it use to do follow-ups through LeadSquared's lead management system, email marketing and SMS.

It has a simple a UI and an excellent support team. It provides great results. It is easy to distribute work - no more Excel sheets to maintain. It's easy to follow up; more individual attention can be given, and more people can be reached at once. And hence better flow of work. It allows for more coordination between the team members. The main reason for choosing LeadSquared was the fact that LeadSquared could be fully integrated with our existing CRM system, providing us with customer insights to be used by the sales department.

It is an excellent marketing automation tool with the world's best support service. It's easy for you to organize lead capture and analyze revenue potential of all the lead sources.

Since beginning our association with LeadSquared, we have explored more types of email marketing campaigns and deeper customer segmentation and targeting than we were able to previously. In terms of specific improvement in numbers, we have seen approximately a 12% increase in open rates and 13.5% increase in click rates. Re-marketing campaigns have helped us with better targeting.

We primarily use online ads for our sales. Leadsquared provides us with a single platform to record leads, lead activities, trigger emails to them manually as well as automatically based on rules. It's integrated with our cloud telephony as well as with our Olark chat.vIt is used by our sales, marketing and content management teams.
  • Its easy to manage the leads. You can choose to focus only on the engaged leads through lead score and engagement score. You can filter the leads in multiple ways. It records both inbound as well as outbound activities. We have created custom activities and automatically trigger them from my demo site as the leads engage with our demo content.
  • It is easy to optimize my ad spend. I know which sources, which landing pages, which ads, which email campaigns at what time of the day and week and performing better. The dashboard and reports are very practical and actionable.
  • Its well integrated (out of the box with minimal effort) with our cloud telephony, our Outlook email client, our Oark chat tool from website. I have also integrated LeadSquared with our LMS (Moodle) and our Facebook game (Hosted with WordPress) with very basic IT work. This way I don't have to look at multiple places for my marketing/sales needs.
  • With the Android app, I am on top of things with my campaign as well as performance of my sales team. I immediately know at anytime of the day, if things are moving as I expect them to or if there are any positive or negative surprises.
  • Autoresponder and the SMS app has helped me improve my lead engagement to more than double.
  • I am not a big fan of the white background as it hurts the eye after a while
  • The email editor can be improved upon
If you use or are planning to use a CRM product for marketing purposes but think it is overwhelming to use, then you should consider using LeadSquared as it has all the main functionality for marketing and sales teams and is much more simple to implement.
