- It allows Managers to share videos/recordings that were extremely strong and can allow reps to see what "good" looks like.
- It allows Managers to perfect sales skills through various exercises.
- Overtime, an organization can develop a library of videos that can be used for future hires. This helps with the ramp up of new talent that joins the firm.
- LearnCore has lost videos that I have had my reps record. This is absolutely not acceptable.
- A couple months ago, you could not assign one employee to a specific exercise. You had a create a group.
