Terrible experience. The course repeated itself with different answers to the same question multiple times. Additionally in my state, TX, the approved provider (in this case 360training.com) has 10 calendar days to submit my completion certificate. They never sent it. Essentially, they took my money and did not report. So to me that sounds like theft of services. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION OF ANY SORT. There are no repercussions and now I'll have to fight the charge on my cc as well as re-take the course with another provider in order to keep my license current.
It has caused me to be unable to perform basic job functions
It has caused me to have to re-take the course elsewhere, spend more money on the same course and spend additional hours completing the course again. What a waste!
