I work in the Insurance Industry as an Insurance Broker. I need to have a CRM to keep track of my clients and my prospects. I also need an app to keep track of my daily tasks as well as my schedule. LACRM does this very well and is more than adequate in my type of business. It can be customized to my specific needs, tasks, and schedules. I started using it because my previous CRM was limited in scope and customizability. With LACRM I can have notes from my clients and follow through the years the progression of their insurance and their specific situation.
  • CRM
  • Flexibility of tasks and schedules
  • Adaptability of use
  • No mobile application
  • limited or no functionality to dial calls directly from the CRM
I think its very useful in my area of expertise, its scaleable which helps, it has no limits in regards to notes or input. I highly recommend it for Insurance Professionals. Its extremely affordable for the new and experienced Insurance Professional but may not be suited for those who want full dialing capabilities within the application or that need marketing support generated by the CRM company.

  • Financially has been positively impactful

I stopped using Salesforce because it has way too much stuff in it that I would never use. I consider LACRM a client management tool as well as a CRM, I don't need it to follow trends, forecast, or mass email. I am sure it may have some capabilities of these features but I will never have a need for them. Why pay for something you will never need or want?
I have a client base of well over 400 clients and many more prospects, I need a program that will allow me alerts to Birthdays, tasks, notes and conversations with these people. Many of my clients do not have email or are technologically savvy. I need a solid CRM which handles all that I need. I don't do forecasting, mass mailings, mass emails, web integration, or any of the more complex types of solutions that Salesforce has. i need it to do what a solid CRM is supposed to do and it does it very well at a very solid price.
Set up started to hit a snag, I reached out to LACRM and they handled the integration from Salesforce so smoothly, I was up and working within a day. (my experience with Salesforce integration took days). I have had to contact LACRM 3 other times to find out information and they always are just an email, text or chat away and ALWAYS took care of any situation. It went so smoothly on all interactions, that I know they really care about their clients, like I do.

I am an independent insurance broker for over 38 years, I have needed this function of the CRM for years as I started out with paper, went to filing cabinets to excel spreadsheets to Salesforce to LACRM. They are the most effective way to handle my business side of the industry which helps me do my business.

I have just me and my secretary to handle all support, however, all support for LACRM is just a call or email away if needed. I have not needed their support because their product is spot on and solid.

Change management was minimal
No idea what that means but LACRM was very easy to use after getting it set up and transferring my data from Salesforce.

After explaining that I was moving from Salesforce and the problems I was encountering, they took over and implemented the data in such a quick and efficient way, I was looking for the other shoe to drop but they did an amazing job so very impressed.

When I wanted to move it from Salesforce (their algorithm was excruciatingly painful and complicated) they took over and moved my data smoothly and quickly and correctly.

We have leads coming in from trade shows, wine and cheese events, personal marketing, radio ads, website inquiries, and Facebook. We use Less Annoying CRM across the whole organization. It keeps our calendar and organizes our multiple streams of leads and follow up.
  • I sent several lists to import@lessannoyingcrm.com and they did all the imports for me. A definite time saver. No extra charge!
  • Easy to add and delete people and to manage access by each user.
  • Easy to merge and purge duplicates.
  • Most of all, the prompt replies to questions about the system (answered quickly and very well). These are real pros!
  • I'm looking to explore how to integrate emails but haven't done so yet.
  • I'd like to be able to set some fields with forced answers such as YES/NO, or up to 5K, up to 10K, etc.
  • I'd like to be able to dictate answers into the field but maybe that's a job for Siri or Cortana.
I'm not looking for Salesforce, data mining, or automated marketing. So this does what we need right now but with a lot of features!

  • It has given us the ability to organize our overlapping areas and identify missing opportunities. It has allowed us to hire someone full time.
  • It makes us more professional since we are a multiple site team often working remotely. This keeps us coordinated.
  • This makes all leads transparent and immediately available to the sales staff instead of being buried in the marketing pipeline. Faster turnaround.
The others that I looked at had cumbersome pricing structures. This is the best by far. Startup was instantaneous. Others had an onboarding sequence. Phone and email support was thorough, personal and did not require reliance on a ticketing system or a queue that ended up in another country.
No
There is no charge for tech support.
Simply outstanding! I am a very experienced customer service professional and I have not seen a company with their act so together in a long time!
I had several thousand contacts to enter but had little time to do it, and they were in various formats. They just had me send the leads over and everything was done the same or next day from submitting the request. Outstanding turnaround!
