We find the system is very simple and easy to use. We have found Lifesize to be very reliable, experiencing a handful of issues in the last 3 years. When we have run into the limited instances of requiring support, they were extremely helpful and worked hard to resolve our issues.

We not only renewed our annual cloud license, we upgraded it. As an institution, we saw a need to further integrate Lifesize into our campus culture. We plan on using our service to bring in guest lecturers, have virtual office hours for on-line students, continuing our distance learning and dual credit teaching, and much more. The more Lifesize is integrated into our organization, the ideas on how to use it keep expanding.

The equipment has given us everything we had hoped for, at a reasonable cost. It's easy to use, greatly increases communication, and has saved us money in mileage and travel costs. There's no need for us to research or switch to a different solution.

Though this is a strong product we are going to be looking for something that is fully integrated with our communications package. It would be good if they partnered up with a Avaya or someone else to make this one product and not an add on to your phone system

Lifesize Cloud service works really great. We had no problems with the service uptime, the phones sync great, and no user attention is required. The softphone version for mobile clients and laptops works very well, and you don't lose any function at all when interacting between a codec and a mobile client.

Because of the desktop app. It is not that good, pretty heavy, missing features to take control of the distant computer for instance (like GoToMeeting).
Also the mobile app is missing some nice features: when you want to connect from your mobile, you have to do everything manually, whereas with GoToMeeting, you just do 1 click, and that's it, you've joined the meeting dirrectly from your calendar invitation.

We've made a commitment to use LifeSize across all our international offices. Switching to another platform now would be costly, cumbersome, and unnecessary. LifeSize is doing its job well and has been since we started with them ~ 3 years ago.

Very good audio, video and multiple ways to connect to it. Very reliable. We did have some issues with losing our connection and Lifesize connected us with a technician who worked with us for 2 months to figure out why we we losing connections, come to find out that we had our router configured wrong. Once this was fixed we have had no issues since. Lifesize did not charge us anything.

Because the software is great and in its own league. Lifesize doesn't have any competition as far as i'm concerned, that's why I keep recommending it to all my IT colleagues. I've been using it for many years now, and I'm still very satisfied. If your company doesn't have a video conferencing solution, do yourself a favor and choose lifesize!

Other than the HIPAA compliance, we have no compelling reason to retain LifeSize when we can already pay for similar services included with our UCaaS service. Our UCaaS vendor, Fuze, includes video conferencing with the VoIP services via single, integrated client software package. Additional limitations include minimal implementation assistance, training service, training materials and assistance driving internal adoption. Issues with slow speed for desktop sharing and audio quality make the technical aspects of Lifesize inferior to competitors.

The overall system works with a set limit of users and I would prefer it to be concurrent users. I understand the idea of named users , however unless its used everyday the named users is a waste. We have users that only need it 1-2 hours a week and we have an under utilized licenses.

I have a lot of Lifesize hardware and I do like Cloud but I am always watching the market for a company that will finally nail this space. I feel like Lifesize has a solid head start but I hope they can create a vision for the marketplace and execute in a meaningful way.
