The setup of the software itself was not all that bad. There were some permissions problems, but that is mainly due to our security. Setting up cameras took a very long time and delayed the use of the product. It took about 30 minutes per conference room. But once everything is up and ready, it is pretty reliable.

The implementation was pretty easy and fast, You can do it with your internal team and it should not be any problem. Integration with other software is also pretty easy. But, if for some reason you have any issues with implementation or integration you can contact Lifesize Video Conferencing support team 24/7.

The system is very easy to set up in terms of hardware. For networking, you'll have to ensure that your system has a dedicated static IP address for maximum H323 compatibility. This will require your internet service provider to assist in securing IP addresses and configuring your system to work on its own static IP address.

The touch screen integration is top notch, and a nice feature. This is a very light and highly portable device that allows clear video streaming, as well as clear audio. There are many tools and features such as video recording software that makes this stronger than other streaming software, such as Skype.

No. I do not have any concerns regarding the setting up and implementation of the software as once set up, it easy to use in communication. Maybe in the future, I may have some insights and concerns to share but for now, as an organization, we are happy with the services and benefits acquired from the app.

There are many options and services available. After being heavily invested in the LifeSize ecosystem since before the cloud service was available, I can say that we have generally been quite satisfied with both the hardware systems we've implemented in our conference rooms, as well as with the LSC app and service. I'll also say that LifeSize support has always been incredibly responsive, helpful, and open to feedback.

Our Lifesize units have been implemented by our external IT provider. We found that it would have been better to have a certified Lifesize technician on site as we've experienced several issues in the first weeks after the implementation.

I recommend mounting the camera system and not moving it. The connections to the system are fragile. Also, I would pay more attention to the location of the camera - watch out for high chair backs or people who may block the camera.

Get a good trusted vendor. You get what you pay for. It's best to work with someone who has done a few of these installs. It's more about the room than the unit itself. The more planning that goes into the setup the better the overall user experience will be.

The implementation process is very quick and easy, as all it requires is setting up a cloud account and adding users to it. Then, the icons give an ID code that needs to be synced to the cloud account, and that's it. For the mobile users, all they need to have is their user/password and they're all set to go.

We initially ran a POC comparing Lifesize with other solutions. In the end, we selected Lifesize since it was the most promising one with the most intuitive product. A lifesize integrator set up the solution for us, it was super smooth, easy to connect, easy to start the connection with the SSO - easy for everything.

When offered training, which was outstanding for us, take advantage of it. We were given much information and could or should have re-visited our support representative for reviews or updated training due to personnel changes, etc.
