Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The implementation didn't take much time and it seemed to progress seamlessly. Our Help Desk team was implementing it across all our offices, in all our meeting rooms. They have also prepared documentation for all employees that helped us use the infrastructure with ease and immediately apply that to our everyday work.

We did run into a few issues originally. These included having to add the required firewall rules in our environment and also adjusting the quality of service for optimized video and audio. Had a few troubleshooting calls that involved Cisco tech support to assist on making sure QOS was setup properly. After these changes were made the quality improved significantly.

Ensure you have QoS enabled for the VC demands. While the system can be used with minimal requirements, this would not be my recommendation, based on my experience. Keep the firmware up to date in order to avoid issues with compatibility.
The older systems will not work with Teams, so be aware you may well need to upgrade to a system from the last few years.

The integration of our Icon 400, paired with a medium sized LG display was simple and straight forward. With our previous conferencing systems, it took an entire day just to set up the system, or it needed to have an integrator involved. In a day, I had the hardware mounted and the Lifesize Icon 400 installed, tested and running!

The system has a bulk of wiring to set up. It's impossible to integrate with modern technologies reasonably. To set the system up to work in a proper conference room, additional wiring and add-ons have to be purchased. Implementation of the software required multiple meetings with the technical support from Lifesize and they were unable to provide a solution. We had to come up with and implement our own solution.

Implementation is really simple! The quick start guides give you everything that you need to be up and running in no time at all. There are even extensive training materials and articles on the website to help the user with job-specific questions. If you have an internet connection and a TV to connect to or a mobile device, you're all set!

It was a while ago. I don't really remember. I think it all went fine, except that our internet at the time was poor. Now it's a lot better. This box is making me put in a 50 word minimum answer and I don't really have anything else to add; sorry.

Splitting the audio-video channels and keeping the HDMI connector for easier connections with sound systems would be great. Other than that, the install is very simple but you need to figure out the correct positioning of the camera.

For implementation, there is nothing extra to do. Each person just needs a video ID or their extension with which he/she can receive a call and/or call someone. For signing into an account, one needs to have their business email and their password and then one can easily access Lifesize Video Conferencing.

I was very impressed with the simplicity of the onboarding process. The onboarding rep/csm was great too. They not only did a great job at helping us get started with the tool but also helped us out by doing a large training for our team. It’s been a while since I’ve had this simple of an implementation or onboarding process.

Very easy to deploy even when we aren't able to be onsite ourselves and only helping the customer remotely. The one thing that would be appreciated in future releases is the possibility to manage all different customers and their video systems from one portal and login instead of having to create a login for each and every customer.

Great for companies that need to accomplish multiple things at once while at different places. From our experience, broadcasting news is most favorable considering the level of excellence you get with the product plus the affordability. It can be used both privately amongst employees, or shared publicly through covering events.

Need easier browsing on the website's support page. I can't find international numbers from support, and instead need to log into the account in order to see them.

Need to have better webpage meetings for guests logging into meetings, or the ones who don't want to download the app.
