  • Training: Upserve's intuitiveness has decreased the amount of training dollars we've had to spend during the onboarding process. Our new staff members very quickly learn the system so they can focus more attention of providing excellent hospitality.
  • Extras: We save tons of money because of Upserves robust features. Features like online ordering and loyalty are included in our SaaS and eliminate our need to use third party vendors.
  • SaaS: Upserve's fees are highly competitive. We actually saved thousands of dollars a year by switching to Upserve. To top it off, Upserve is a much better system than we were using before.

  • Bestsellers and slower items rise to the top in reporting features, making analysis quicker.
  • Dramatically reduced server error
  • Posed a challenge to continue face-to-face contact between servers and cooks; the POS tends to end conversations about special orders, special customer requests or restrictions, and generally conveys the nuances that contribute to excellent service. So we have to make a conscious effort to continue talking to each other.

  • Increased my monthly cost for the POS, but now we have an excellent system with 24/7 hour support.
  • The comps and voids control isn't the best in Breadcrumb, but according to their team, this will be solved soon.
  • Any manager can clock in as another manager, this is not good when you need to find who is not doing their job well.
