Not your everyday candidate search
LinkedIn Talent hub allows me to search for candidates with a specific skill set. By using the functions provided, I am able to search for keywords, and find candidates who may not be on other search engines, such as Indeed, or actively looking for another position. I am able to "cold call" people and at least put my companies' names in their mind.

The tool where everyone is at anyways.
The whole organization is utilizing LinkedIn Talent Hub. Its a great tool for locating a lot of information about a candidate, as well as of course locating a candidate. Easy to use, which is nice. Don't have to spend a lot of time figuring it out as most people are accustom to how LinkedIn works. Great tool as LinkedIn is one of the go to places for many job seekers.
LinkedIn Talent Hub is used across the whole organization for hiring resources. The business problem that it addresses is mainly verifying and validating the authenticity of candidates. Of all the people applying for the job, LinkedIn had always been my way of verifying the candidate is genuine. Now with job posting on LinkedIn, it serves as a single platform to search, verify, and recruit the resources for my team.

Swiss Army Knife of Recruiting
LinkedIn Talent Hub is primarily used by the Talent Acquisition team in our organization. It has enabled our hiring process to be very streamlined and one can do every step of the hiring process without leaving LinkedIn Talent Hub. It saves a lot of time, effort and money as one doesn't need to juggle between multiple tools for job posting, searching relevant candidates, conducting interviews over video calls and finally even rolling out offer letters from within the tool. So it makes the life easy for the recruitment team and provides a lot of insights which helps to hire the right candidate.

Easy to use and super helpful
My organization uses LinkedIn Talent Hub to find contract employees. We do a lot of hiring and contracts usually only last 12-18 months, so we are constantly looking for new talent. The talent team looks for people with similar skill sets to the ones we need, or people who have experience within our industry, to fill various rolls throughout our many departments.

Great product
It is a great product. These days almost all professionals have a LinkedIn account. It is very easy to access the talent here. You get information about almost everything from past experiences, current location, skillset, contact information. You can also send a connection request. Use Linkedin to send messages . Even applicants can access all information about the company and contact people working there to get an insight.

Just okay
We used LinkedIn Talent Hub to look for candidates for new job postings. We like posting jobs to LinkedIn for our Support positions because it's so easy to review and verify qualifications and communicate with applicants. With most every working [professional] on LinkedIn it seems like a great place to find new employees. However, unless you pay for one of the really expensive plans, you can't share the hiring process with your team. It's all isolated to your LinkedIn account. For smaller teams / employers, this is not really ideal. The fully paid version too expensive if you are only hiring a few (<5) position per year.

Best ATS Tool
It is very helpful for every department in the organization for fast pace hiring the best candidates which [is] easy for everyone [using] Talent Hub. [It] can be also used for some other purposes like contracting , onboarding the candidates and some training as well which [is] an easier task for recruiters or other departments. Great tool for hiring and managing hiring pipelines
LinkedIn Talent hub simplifies the hiring process and allows us to review all applications in one place as well as manage the hiring pipeline and who we choose moving forward in the process. Really good product for Talent Acquisition
As a healthcare facility LinkedIn Talent Hub helps locate new talent that is not local to help with diversity in our organization. As we are a non-profit and relatively small, LinkedIn Talent Hub helped put us on the map. Getting the word out on who and where we are without relying on expensive marketing agencies has always been a challenge.

Really good product with nice features that needs a little tweaking to be a market leader
While I feel like LinkedIn Talent Hub has plenty of potential, I feel like the interface could be a little more user friendly. I have run into issues where I click on links and they take me to a page that is already expired. This does help address come of our needs as a company when it comes to talent acquisition, but find that we need to also use other programs in conjunction with this.
