We used Linode's virtual server offerings throughout the whole lifecycle of our products: discovery, research, development, testing, development and in production too. Our processes did not require much special requirements, so any VPS provider could fulfil them yet we chose them for their clean, no nonsense setup, and responsive customer service.

It's used by a division that makes commercial SaaS software and is used to host the commercial software product and the test and development environments for it as well.

I am using Linode to support a number of websites, services, and email across all groups in my organization. The websites are provided through a running instance of Apache. The services are provided through a number of different open-source packages (e.g., Dropbox, SonarQube, Confluence, Dovecot) and bespoke code, including MySQL, Python, PHP, Redis, and Java). Any service needed by anyone in my organization can be hosted on the Linode system.

We use Linode for web applications that cannot be run on our WordPress site, including a mailing list and conference registration.

Our organization uses Linode to host a collaboration and file sharing platform. By using Compute, Object Storage and Block Storage we achieve a great deal of cost and performance.

We use Linode for two purposes: hosting internal tools for every team and department in the company and even more important the hosting of our products (SaaS software solution).

We mainly use virtual machines that we manage on our own and build our own cluster running our software stack with it.

I've been using Linode for about a decade, and use it for web hosting servers, database servers, and remote storage backup sites.

Used for web, email, voice and video communications, and collaboration for all: Apache, postfix, dovecot, mumble, matrix, jitsi, Nextcloud.

We use Linode both in house for our own website and personal cloud services. We also use Linode as the primary cloud service provider for our clients. This ranges from simple web services up to and including NextCloud and VoIP services. The flexibility and ease of use it Linode makes it ideal for projects large and small.

Niche Development utilizes Linode virtual servers to provide web and email services for the company. We started using the mail services a couple years ago, and migration of our web services from AWS has just begun as a cost-saving procedure.

We use Linode to deploy customer-facing portals as well as for development and staging. I use managed services for production, and they are typically very quick to respond to issues when needed. I particularly like that I have a number I can call when there is a critical issue. We recently sold a product and moving several Linodes to a new account was unexpectedly easy.

We use Linode to host our commercial projects. Excellent service. Simple to use and to configure.

We using Linode for doing our apps live. [It is] used by the whole of the organization as well as some of our clients.

[Linode] is used by the Open Source development team for hosting Ningx, MySQL and PHP based web applications. Several websites have been publicly hosted.

We use Linode to host various VPS's for our client's public facing websites. It saves us having to setup our own infrastructure and is used across our whole company. It's provides the reliability we need to be able to concentrate on developing our products. We have also use Linode in the past to host various apps such as 3CX phone system and Unifi cloud controllers.

We use Linode as a means for developing various client services through Nginx, Mysql, and PHP base applications.

We use Linode services for our customer projects including websites, systems, etc. The main problem we face in Sri Lanka, when it comes to a web based system is execution speed and up time. Linode address both issues effectively so we can provide a quality service to our clients.

Works fantastic. We use it to host websites for our clients as well as our own personal projects. Using cPanel, we've been able to host approximately 20 websites and still come barely anywhere close to our usage we pay for.

In addition, offering free hosting for clients can sometimes be a differentiator for us.

Linode is our outsource provider of choice for cloud processing. They provide all of the server resources we use in-house or use as platforms for SaaS offerings, apart from laptops and a very niche service provision, they are our IT hardware provider.

We're currently using Linode to host experimental and new deployments, and, having completed our evaluation period, we're roadmapping an infrastructure migration to go all in, replacing our current hosting providers. I appreciate having access to "raw" Linux boxes, running whatever we need, unmediated by the hosting vendor's interface. We've inherited a lot of classical consumer-grade web hosting stuff, so Linode really shines in comparison - no competition when it comes to instrumentation, scale, flexibility, etc. They have an API, too, so we're looking at potential dynamic provisioning from the app level in the future - it feels like a new world of possibilities have been opened up by working with a modern provider.

Linode is basically our provider for VPS solutions. Whenever we build a web application, we host it on Linode servers. It is used by the tech division of the organization. It basically takes our mind off the complexity of aws(ec-2 instances) and their not so transparent billing. I find Linode to be very simplified, clean and gets the job done with very transparent billing.

We host all of our technical infrastructures with Linode across the entire organization. Linode allows us to easily and cost-effectively manage all of our technical infrastructure needs.

We are using Linode in many areas including company's staging/development server, email/web server, DNS, application server and email server/gateway, web server for customers. It's being used by the whole organization.

To host websites for our clients. It is used for database-driven websites (rather than 'serverless'), which make up about 25% of our customer base. Linode allows us to cost-effectively and easily run servers where needed.

By far one the best companies in the cloud providers industry. Their service is outstanding. Spinning up servers is a breeze and if you decide to upgrade or change you[r] Linode, the process is super easy. This applies to the tools they provide to the user. Their support is phenomenal. They respond very quickly and their answers are rock-solid and they always try to clarify as much as possible.
