This is so rare in this day and age. Support from vendors can be so variable, and I've experienced so much SLA bound support where the SLA response really goes no further than "we had a human say they are looking into your ticket" within the SLA. Other offerings don't include support at all unless you pay a premium, and Linode's approach is a breath of fresh air.

Linode support team has really fulfilled its promise of 24/7/365 support. Our engineers have logged incidents related to user-level access and server deployments. Linode team has always ensured to provide the solution on the fly and helped us save a lot of time.

Linode support service is fast and responsive. One time I had a problem with an IP address that does not work with Cyberpanel's Port Number. And the customer service staff was able to fix the firewall of my VPS. Even though I am just a small-time customer, but my problem was treated with generous attention all via email exchanges.

Linode's support has historically been quick, helpful, and immediately human. This last piece is a huge differentiator between Linode and other VM services. Receiving a well-written response a few minutes after you submit a request is a refreshing experience compared to the AI support bots, horrible online chat, and just a complete lack of support provided by many of the industry leaders.

I generally do not need support, but as a very experienced Linux programmer & administrator, I can tell good support when I see it. I've seen a LOT of places with horrible support, and Linode is not one of them. They have some very technically sharp people and I'm confident when I cut a ticket that their people will know how to handle it.

I've had to contact support a number of times over the years for minor problems here and there. I have always received a prompt response that addressed the questions I asked. There were no boilerplate responses from these guys! I even called to ask for local currency once and they gave me a free month for the 'inconvenience!'

During the few times we’ve had server issues, Linode has been adequate in responding to our needs. Response time has been acceptable. During episodes when Linode has suffered security issues, they’ve been upfront and open explaining what has occurred.

We haven't needed Linode's support very often, and given the fringe ideas that we've experimented with, they haven't always had complete answers, but we've never had any support technician be anything but completely courteous and interested enough in our projects to learn almost as much as we did about the field to make sure they could eventually get us an answer.

Linode support is fast (sometimes responding within a few minutes) and is always transparent about potential issues affecting the physical server that our VMs are on. They go above and beyond to troubleshoot issues and also take the time to include guides in each response to ensure we know how to properly perform them.

Linode has given me the best customer support. I remember I had an issue when I started using Linode for about an hour, my VPS was down. It was an unexpected hardware failure. The customer support responded to my ticket right away and I got a full refund for the month. The customer support is just simply unbeatable. Linode customer support also know their stuff very well, like they're legit IT people that knows Linux server administration.

I've never had to use the Linode customer support beyond the web pages already set up for that purpose; everything I needed is either there or easily searchable on Google. Unlike nearly every other hosting company I've used, I've never once needed to put in a ticket for problems I couldn't solve myself, and that too is one major recommendation for them in my book.

The Linode support is good and the whole tier thing some of the other big players have going is frankly irritating.
My only gripe would be that sometimes it can take a couple of days to get features unlocked on a new account but that is a relatively minor issue and I do understand the good reasons why they restrict new accounts (though I am not entirely sure why they don't just restrict network bandwidth until they are sure - even a Nanode (the cheapest VM) could cause issues with the amount of available bandwidth!

Linode has some limitation on server upgrade to some extent for new user.s One day my site got a huge load [and] I needed maximum upgrade, which was disabled then. I called the Linode helpline and they removed the blockage in a minute. Super satisfied.

I trust Linode but sometimes faces issue about India support system for Linode. All [other] datacenters or support is very good. The ticketing system is good. [...] So we [have been] working with Linode [for the] last [few] years. Never faces any [high] outages of their datacentres so overall it's good.

The few times I have needed support, they have been there quickly and efficiently, and most importantly, without judgement. I made a terrible mistake on one of my requests, and they were completely understanding and still happy to help!
