We havent have any problem with interface and its usage. It has always been seamless and our company as a whole is more than satisfied with using the sofware in managing and enaging with our members via social media. We are likely to renew whenever its time as we have been using Khoros since we set up social media engagements.

We've been using this software for a couple of years now and so far, our clients and us are still satisfied with this software and we are still planning to continue using this software. So far, no major issue encountered yet and if ever we do have, Khoros has a very efficient customer service that we can easily contact.

Best in the market, meets all the and helps to make the business workflow better which in turn helps in generating more revenue for the company and also ease of associability the learning process is simple and easy to be taught. Tho there is scope for improvement in all aspects, it still stands out and the improvements are being implemented frequently.

Renewal or non-renewal isn't my decision in my current role. If it were my decision, however, I would probably not want to renew. As I've said before, there are other similar products with fewer issues. However, if similar products were unavailable or less affordable than Khoros Care, it's still a solid moderation option.

Simply, there isn't anything on the market that is quite as personable as Khoros Care. After using a few different client messaging systems, this program gave the closest feel to in-person interaction that we could get during the COVID-19 epidemic and is an important part of our agency still to this day in 2023.

I would always put 10/10 because the amount we are paying to this app, is actually we are receiving that class service which we expected for. Yes, there are ground for improvement and I believe company would provide that opportunity to serve the customer with their feedback for their betterment of their organization.

Most of the things they claim work fine but they can still improve on certain areas as ease of integration, the pricing can be matched better as its a bit on the costly side. Other than these things its a great platform for social media integration at one place without any hassle to log into various famous platforms separately to cater to customer queries and issues

While I no longer use Khoros Care (switched companies) I would renew if possible simply for the dedicated support and continuous improvements the platform and the team have made on our social performance. Khoros is amazing in supporting small but impactful social media teams and fills in a lot of blanks.

It's up to the business and the product owners but I would renew the contract with Khoros Care as it's suits our business and customer needs. The capabilities of the various platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) make it a one stop shop for all interactions. The webchat feature is also useful
