Our implementation has been slow, but for reasons that have nothing to do with LogicMonitor and everything to do with our business model. Generally, LogicMonitor has been easier to set up than other solutions for us, but we bring an architect-level resource to every deployment.

We were up and running on LogicMonitor within a few week. This includes the setup/configuration of about 100 assets. Implementation as smooth and had zero challenges with the LogicMonitor technology. The challenges were related to the target technologies we were adding. This will be a challenge with any monitoring platform, not just LogicMonitor.

We found the LogicMonitor documentation and online guides to be up to date and easy to follow. During our pre-sale proof of concept phase, we learned the basics of creating import CSV files and had the bulk of our devices added the first day. After the purchase, we used the professional services to get training on the entire system and help customizing everything to meet our needs. We also made use of the available certification online training courses for our power users to get them comfortable with the system.

We have a very tight timescale to deploy LogicMonitor which with their support we were able to hit, our initial MVP deployment was completed within 3 months. This is the first stage of LogicMonitor deployment and we will continue to develop and increase the range of functionality we are using over coming months.

The overall experience was positive, as with any deployments there were a few bumps. One in particular related to integration with a customers Prometheus monitoring platform that LogicMonitor doesn't support natively, however we were able to devlop a workaround.

The Implementation team kept us on track even when we didn't have time. They made up for our lack of focus at times and boiled everything down to simple tasks which enabled a quick deployment and an easy transition to regularly using the tool. They also kept us in a post-implementation for a while after which ensured we have multiple support options after go-live
