(1-25 of 1102)Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Lucidchart is a breeze
- Database import
- Charting simplified
- As complex as needed
- To be honest, is hard to say ibe are of improvement. Maybe website load times could be improved?
The less appropriate scenario would be the Org Chart of our company, where another tool is used.

Love this product! Lucidchart is a game changer
- Workflow
- process flow
- org charts
- wire frames
- i dont like that the video tutorials dont always work
- Flowcharts
- Collaboration
- User-friendly UI / UX
- Flowcharts pasted to powerpoints and Google Slides can be improved further - a bit low quality imo (either distorted etc)
- Looking to have a smart AI functionality where it can guide user on potential breaks on process flows and suggest alternatives.
Another example is through Lucidchart our T&Q was able to effectively conduct process trainings. Agents are able to effectively appreciate learning through visuals and not through lengthy documents.

Easy to start, fun to learn
- Collaborating with the team
- Ease of use, the team is able to make changes and get up to speed quickly
- Document security and sharing are both very smooth
- Nothing specific, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite does everything well for our purposes.
Hooray for Lucidchart
- Easily creating flowcharts and process maps
- Importing data from Jira
- Facilitating brainstorming and agile ceremonies
- The ability to synchronize with SharePoint or Microsoft Teams lists
- It can take users a bit to get used to the zoom and scroll interface but I wouldn't change it.
Visualization made easy!
- Intuitive user interface
- Adequate shapes and templates
- Integrates well with other apps and services
- Real-Time Collaboration
- Pricing - No options for a one-time purchase like Microsoft's Visio

We have been using LucidChart at INTERTEL for the last 4 years, and it is a really excellent chart and diagram solution. We are using it to map out all our processes across the whole company, from sales and marketing to operations and support. Even our programming department uses it for their internal processes, and they have been using SCRUM internally. Having all our processes mapped out really help us to understand if there are any roadblocks in our organization, and the correct flow of information from one department to the other. But the main use we have for it is that it allows us to assign responsibilities for each part of the process to the correct person/department, and in our industry having this information is key. Also, it is a plus that the cost of the license is not that expensive compared to other similar solutions, and even the free version has enough features and options to help out everyone. We recommend LucidChart to everyone that asks us about it.
- Mapping out processes and workflows
- Allowing the whole enterprise to see how each process interacts with the other departments
- Pointing out areas of opportunity between each process
- Eliminating unneeded steps in each process
- Helping the new hires to understand the process and areas that they are going to help with
- Printing each chart out and having them in every department helps when trying to change or update a process
- The free version offers a lot of functionality but you cannot print the complete chart
- Translate between languages, our company is in Mexico but we have a lot of people coming from the USA
- Add the option to import or make our own shapes and chart types
It is not so well suited for companies that only have one process that they follow all day long, or that they cannot change or update because of company policies of requirements. Also, if your industry is regulated by the government, it does not make sense to have all your processes in LucidChart, since you are probably getting a lot of them from the government and cannot make any updates to them, or change them in any way shape or form.
- Good collection of icons from various cloud providers
- Smooth drawing capability making job easier
- Web storage of diagrams
- Better user interface - simple and useful
- More support for standard industry icons
A lucid review of an awesomely useful tool
I also used it to chart a big portion of our CI/CD ecosystem, which contains tens of services communicating with each other by RPC and message queues. This mapping was a life saver to make sense of current and legacy flows, and I come back to tis diagram often to understand or remember how services talk to each other.
- Creation of diagrams and charts is easy, intuitive and rich with editing and customization options
- Collaboration with team members is a breeze and is a powerful ability
- Integration with google docs works well and saves the need of exporting and importing manually on every change
- There is no native application, only SaaS
There is a history of modifications by users, and the ability to comment on components of the chart, similar to Google Docs.
Also, having all diagrams "in the cloud" is very convenient and enhances the collaborative easiness of the tool.
But even when the rest of the team does not use it, Lucidchart is still a good solution for individual productiveness, which is how I started out my work with it.
Intuitive, precise, and sylish!
- Collaborating with coworkers
- Extensive built-in shape library with ability to customize
- Highly customizable and responsive with features like conditional formatting
- Integration with data sources like .csv
- Integration with Office products
- Better performance for larger diagrams
- Data linking and formulas can be buggy/need to be re-created sometimes

The best way to execute is present pages of information into a simple chart that is easy to understand.
Lucidchart Review - Straight to the Point.
- Collaborating with other users in one workspace
- Providing great templates as a foundation to build a use case diagram/chart
- Importing logos, external images/videos/audio.
- Integrating 3rd party apps to sync data real-time in charts/diagrams.
- The grouping/ungroup functionality could be a bit more streamlined or intuitive
- Enable users to interact and navigate with just keyboard shortcuts
- Enable more functionality from the right-click dropdown menu
In my opinion, a scenario where Lucidchart is less appropriate is when the experience or scenario requires hand drawn or digital art capabilities, such as various brush styles for different texturing. Lucidchart may be able to be the canvas for such a scenario, but I think it's less appropriate.
Ultimate Remote Team Collaboration Space and Tool
- Lucidspark provides a very flexible diagramming tool that helps teams focus more on the content than worrying about the tool
- Lucidspark provides real time experience which helps teams collaborate and resolve any misunderstandings and gaps of knowledge.
- Lucidspark would even better when it import data from well used corporate applications such as Atlassian products or microsoft products. For example, when entering a JIRA ticket number, it can display some details about the ticket within Lucidspark.
Virtual meetings feel renovated with Lucidspark!
- Collaboration
- Easy to understand
- Lots of templates
- I would like to have the ability to work with layers.
