I can remmeber, in all that I have tried it is workig well maybe it will be good to attach to some projects, in the other side it has been great for flow chart of process that are required for project design and the most benefical is that it is very friendly

Data Flow Diagrams and other charts of easy/medium complexity are easily created and look good.

Complex organizational charts that require frequent updating may be less appropriate since I believe it will be a manual endeavor. However, it meets our needs since we have a relatively flat organization that doesn't change frequently.

Note that there may be functionality that accomplishes this that we haven't utilized.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is particularly good at approaching a ambiguous body of work with a large group of people. This is especially true when the person building the template and facilitating the meeting has a comprehensive understanding of the big picture. It is less great at managing any 'next steps' coming out of those collaborative meetings. This can create some friction as the person that should be building this is not necessarily the person that should be managing the take aways from the session. In general I like to use it to figure out 'what to do' and then use other, more focused, softwares to figure out how and when we are going to do it.

Good for brainstorming, Visio-like diagrams, organizing workstreams and content.

Not so good for ad hoc design or working directly on mock-ups. Even PowerPoint does a better job if one wants to "hack" a quick visualization for a user interface.

Also the lack of ability to export as a flat file gives less portability as such.

I have been very pleased with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It allows us to easily get aligned across teams and effectively communicate and work together on the same project. It helps us to stay aligned in real-time and collaborate effectively. I have used Lucid products for over 5 years and have always been pleased.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easily the best for process mapping. I have tried Visio, Miro, and others, but Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is hands down the best for this. I know there is a collaboration area like Miro, but my whole organization uses Miro so I have not tried it yet, this is on my to-do list.

It is one of the best tools for manually drawing diagrams. There's a good selection of shapes, the UI and features work as expected, and the collaboration features are easy to set up and effective. The tool starts getting cumbersome when handling/creating very complex diagrams, but this is general to all manual drawing diagram tools.

If you want to build a robust architecture diagram solo or with a team in collaboration this is hands down the best tool. But for high level flow diagrams I think other diagramming tools are easy to launch and work with. We can still use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for them but not exclusively this

Very helpful for various tasks needed within a professional workplace. Can definitely see this being helpful for teachers with lesson plans, designers with any layouts they need to figure out, management with any charts they need to create, and a whole lot more too. We currently use it in a non-profit organization setting for various tasks, some being wireframes, visual examples, types of graphs and many more things too.

For all the scenarios related with online team activities I would suggest to use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite instead of any other tool. In my personal option it is the best one for this purpose.

It is also optimal for process description, thanks to all the pre-definitions that can be added and the automation of the legends.

We utilized the tool during our team brainstorming session, and also our product managers use as roadmap, design and prototyping to ilustre the product cycle flow. Also, our team use to design architecture design to put how-to solution overview. at last our team utilize as education purposes for collaborative learning activities.

It is suited to where somebody needs to simplify written processes into easy to digest visual maps.

It is not suited for helping people who have zero understanding of a process to carry out the process. It should be used in tandem with good, clear, traditional written instructions. It complements traditional documents in my use case.

The best time for me to use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a UX/UI Designer is when I am working with my product manager to go over ideas for our next project. Here we can track goals of the project, create flows, sketch our screens. It is great to use when setting up the next project.

It's great for documenting mind maps, org charts, block diagrams. I particularly love it to document one line drawings. I think it's less suited for mechanical CAD where you need more capability. It is less suited for drawings that are dense and where you need multiple arrows out of one block - Lucid Visual Collaboration Suitedoesn't seem to handle that well.

It has been our go-to tool for everything related to databases. There's no other tool we use for this matter.

The less appropriate scenario would be the Org Chart of our company, where another tool is used.
