Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

It very friendly and easy to use

We've used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for several years and the improvements made over time has helped cement its use within our organization. We haven't had to use any other product for the anything that we use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for.

It's always been easy to use, and the limitations we encountered when we first started using it have all but disappeared.

We take less than 5 minutes to get new team members up to speed on the software. That seems to be more than enough. I say 9 because the owners and builders seem to take more time to build out what they want and get to know the limitations of the software. That is true with anything but would love to see more 'pro support' for those individuals.

I found the transition from Miro to be challenging. Miro had better templates to get things started and kicked off.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Lucidchart also does not make it easy to work with grids or organize things in grids - this meant I had to change the way I worked.

The similarity with Visio was a help but, again, not immediately clear. There was a learning curve.

I would rate the overall usability of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a 9 out of 10. The platform's intuitive design makes it easy for users to start collaborating immediately, with no steep learning curve. Its seamless interface and robust feature set enhance productivity and communication for teams of all sizes.

Very intuitive, you can just jump right in. I can't think of anything where I couldn't find the answer easily myself or on Google (very rarely). Most of the options are laid out on the main screen on the left or on the bar at the top. I really like how easily it is to align arrows with the center of boxes or pull arrows from the correct part of the box.

It was easy to get started using Lucidchart (I have previous Visio experience). I think it can be improved by adding some starter tips.

The simple features are very straightforward to use and familiar to many who have used other manual drawing diagram tools like Draw.io. Creating a blank page, picking a set of shapes, and assembling a simple diagram was easy. The more advanced features are sometimes difficult to find and use, though. These are features like the layers, managing comments (trying to keep archived comments accessible), and creating animations. It required some learning curve.

I was new to Lucidspark and was able to utilize the tool with very little difficulty.

It is definitely intuitive tool. It has all the features the someone wants to build robust arch diagrams and share it with teams. But it’s not that easy to use. Someone who knows what they want to so they can only work on this tool. If I share the chart with non-tech user they might not know how to edit it

It was super easy to start, and the templates saved us a lot of time

Really easy to use, with just a slight learning curve if you're new to such a program. With the layout, design, and overall tools it's really easy to learn and quickly becomes an important tool for future use. I could only see there being an issue with again, someone who is new but only for a moment or with someone who may not be computer literate.

USer friendly and many useful templates

I think it is close to be optimal, I miss some more easier text customization inside the figures, because you feel sometimes little limited. Another item to improve is the automatic line generation, it sometimes create defect when using the relation or line creation. It can require to delete and create new ones quite frequently

There was no real learning curve for me. The UI is very intuitive.

Easy to use.

I feel like when I first started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, since I was given no tutorials, a lot of my experience learning how to use the product was a lot of trial and error and now I think I am a pretty advanced user but I still don't know a lot of the capabilities of the product so I don't feel like I'm using it at its max capacity.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to use. Anybody with computer skills can learn how to use within few minutes. Anybody that wants advanced use-case can deep dive and learn quickly. I love how it is easy to share documents. To sum it, it's easy to use, powerful to use, and graphics are cool!

Overall Lucid makes creating flows and charts simple and in a collaborative environment.

We haven't bothered exploring other options because it genuinely has everything we need. It seamlessly aligns with our workflow, making collaboration a breeze. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Lucidchart's versatility and user-friendly features have solidified its place as our go-to solution for all our collaborative tasks.

It was feasible for me to navigate the features accordingly.
