Help us to create very good visual business processes

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for flowcharts most of which are at a easy and medium level of complexity. The flow charts consists predominantly of Information Technology charts - data flow and infrastructure diagrams, network topologies, etc. We also use it to maintain our organizational chart.

Our goal is to conduct level 1, 2 & 3 process maps for our organization. This has been identified as a huge gap as we try to navigate system updates. Having a detailed process map that visually shows how information is flowing through multiple systems and processes has allowed us to efficiently get the right levels of engagement from our leaders and demonstrate the sheer volume of interdependencies for our employees as they think through their processes.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for collaboration across multiple teams.

I use it to visualize workflows with business teams. Having a common visual representation helps everyone stay on the same page.

I also use the board to elicit feedback during online brainstorming sessions on those same workflows.

With developers, it helps to have them also witness the workflow defined and refined. We then collaborate on solution design together to ensure that the solution matches the business requirements.

The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to easily create detailed visuals that help express the requirements for projects. We use it mostly for creating flow charts and other process visuals that demonstrate the steps. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to easily create these and send them for internal review and access to the clients.

Process mapping mainly. I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create process diagrams, use case diagrams, and other visual aids to explain how processes work at my organization.

It is used by the Process Improvement team and the Project management team to build different types of charts, including process charts, to increase the comprehension of complex procedures, and in the improvement of current processes.

We use Lucid diagrams for our Solution Architecture Design documentation. This includes multiple views and some whiteboards (the unlimited canvas is very useful for this). We make use of the good selection of general shapes and enjoy having brand-specific shapes available as well (we use a lot of Azure shapes). The ability to share diagrams with others in the same team, manage access control, collaborate on the same diagram, and even present from the diagram has been very useful.

We use Lucidspark for our calendars and product information. I am very happy with the ease of use and features available. I have been able to utilize Lucidspark in multiple projects and created everything I needed.

I built solutions designing and architecting to build artefacts and share it with customers or internal interests. We do implementations to customers to track how the tool is being used in their tech stack or how the data is flowing we build flow diagrams or architecture diagrams to have it documented

We where building our new Data Arquitecture, and needed a software to design an ERD (entity-relationship diagram). We used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite LucidChart because it had pre-set templates that saved a lot of time for us.

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for many things within our organization, one of the most important uses being for making road-maps, wireframes, or even parent blocks for our website that is always going through changes. Helps to give a visual view for what we will eventually create, what our audience will be seeing, and more importantly lets us test if it works well or not. Also is vey helpful to share with co-workers.

Lucidspark is currently being used in one department at this time. It addresses the problem of brainstorming in real-time within a remote setting. It also eliminates having to take the extra step to digitize what would have been on post-it notes. The data is saved from the exercise and can be applied to drive results straight away.

At my company we use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visualize common user flows so that we can create our product around those flows. We also will use Lucid as a general note taking platform that we can organize ideas for later projects. I use Lucid Chart/Spark for website mapping with my clients. I enjoy being able to collaborate with them so easily and having a visual website map that is easy to edit is key when working with many different website clients with differing technical abilities. The user friendliness is invaluable, and there are not too many alternatives out there.
