  • Flowcharts
  • Collaboration
  • User-friendly UI / UX
  • Flowcharts pasted to powerpoints and Google Slides can be improved further - a bit low quality imo (either distorted etc)
  • Looking to have a smart AI functionality where it can guide user on potential breaks on process flows and suggest alternatives.

  • Easily creating flowcharts and process maps
  • Importing data from Jira
  • Facilitating brainstorming and agile ceremonies
  • The ability to synchronize with SharePoint or Microsoft Teams lists
  • It can take users a bit to get used to the zoom and scroll interface but I wouldn't change it.

  • Integration with external applications.
  • Free form flexibility on the board.
  • ability to import Jira user stories, recategorize them and make updates that feed back into the originating story on the Jira board.
  • As mentioned earlier, expand integrations - with Rally, and PPM tools such as Clarity and Accolade.

  • Mapping out processes and workflows
  • Allowing the whole enterprise to see how each process interacts with the other departments
  • Pointing out areas of opportunity between each process
  • Eliminating unneeded steps in each process
  • Helping the new hires to understand the process and areas that they are going to help with
  • Printing each chart out and having them in every department helps when trying to change or update a process
  • The free version offers a lot of functionality but you cannot print the complete chart
  • Translate between languages, our company is in Mexico but we have a lot of people coming from the USA
  • Add the option to import or make our own shapes and chart types

  • Lucidspark provides a very flexible diagramming tool that helps teams focus more on the content than worrying about the tool
  • Lucidspark provides real time experience which helps teams collaborate and resolve any misunderstandings and gaps of knowledge.
  • Lucidspark would even better when it import data from well used corporate applications such as Atlassian products or microsoft products. For example, when entering a JIRA ticket number, it can display some details about the ticket within Lucidspark.

  • Easy and intuitive to learn.
  • Using layers to compare multiple iterations.
  • Make the layers configuration stick between uses. In other words, if I typically want to see two layers, then I would like to be able to set those to be visible when I open the file.

  • Making Flow Chart Easy
  • Sharing Flowcharts With Teammates
  • Collaborating on Flow Charts with multiple people
  • Sharing is very convoluted and confusing when I'm trying to share a single document. It would be beneficial if there was a request access feature similar to google docs if you don't have access to a specific chart but have the link
  • Handling of nested flowcharts to abstract complex but drill down when needed. Simulink has a decent strategy for this and would like to see something similar in Lucidchart
  • Link related charts together so I can easily tie different versions of a process together over time

  • Ability to save these illustrations to my own personal library
  • The ability to upload my own personal images for use in creating charts
  • A simpler UI which doesn't overwhelm me with different options
  • An assistant which can track what I am doing to provide recommendations
