Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

It's been a while since we've had to contact support, however the few times that we did, they've been responsive and resolved the issue to our satisfaction.

I haven't used the collaboration side so much, only mapping, so I have only ever needed support for that aspect.

I did not get to try it yet.

I have never contacted support, but there is no doubt in mind that they would deliver to the greatest extend possible.

Their support is pretty standard but overall they leave a lot for the owners of the workspace to configure on their own with limited requirements from support which is also helpful. Also the amount of training available is a direct connection to their support and proactivity versus waiting for you to call to have the answer you might need.

Lucid support has been excellent, any time we have a question our account rep is readily available to help us. The resources and training they make available are excellent and fun.

We contacted them at the beginning for purchasing the software. They were responsive and we are happy with our purchase and continue to use this product.

I would rate the overall support for Lucidchart as a 9. The support provided is generally robust and responsive. Their help center, tutorials, and webinars offer extensive resources for users. The ticket-based support system is effective, providing timely resolutions to most issues. Moreover, they actively gather user feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.

Most advanced tool in this space on the market. You need to keep up the innovation and maintain that position.

We have only required, in four years, to use LucidChart´s support once: We could not log in with our main account, but we could with the other accounts, and the problem happened to be that our administrator changed their user information, it required to respond to an email sent out, and he did not do that, so the account got "suspended" With the help of support we straightened that out fairly quickly and without any other incident, the problem was resolved in less than an hour and we were up and running.

Never had to use live support but went through support docs and tutorials. Were helpful in quickly getting started. Good website.

I've posted a couple questions on the forums. My questions were answered in a reasonable amount of time and the support I received answered my questions accurately and concisely. I wish there was a faster way to get support, and I wish there was more advanced training courses. I haven't contacted them via email or phone before.

I have had a technical issue with Lucidchart regarding payment and they worked harder to solve the problem than I did. I greatly appreciated their efforts to fix the issue.

I have never needed support, however I am sure it would be excellent based on other communications from Lucid. Note: The instructions say to skip this question if I have not contacted support, but there was no way to do so on the form.
