It is being used by the integrated marketing and content creation teams. It has helped in mapping out interdependencies between cross-functional teams.
  • Easy for first-time users.
  • Intuitive user interface and features.
  • Easy to share links to non-Lucidchart users (public view).
  • The arrow links connecting multiple objects is a bit difficult to control.
  • Linking dependencies at the right spot of the object is a bit challenging.
  • Text box can be a bit more intuitive.
It is best for first-time users and for public view sharing links.
  • Improved collaboration discussions.
  • Better onboarding experience with new-joiners.
  • Improved visual alignment with cross-functional teams.
I agree that the UI is intuitive especially to first-time or non-tech-savvy users.
It shortened the downtime when it comes to showcasing overall workflows to different teams.
I would recommend Lucidchart to our organization as an official tool for visual presentations, collabs and meetings because: - it has a user-friendly UI - it has intuitive features - it is not overpriced.
Lucidchart has friendlier features when it comes to flowcharts with multiple dependencies.
  • Adding text boxes.
  • Expanding the graphing area.
  • Connecting objects.
The available features and content objects are vast enough to be used in presenting multiple workflows and content streams without cluttering or overwhelming the reader. Hence, even first-time audiences to the material are able to understand and grasp the information clearly without much hand-holding needed.
  • Onboarding material.
  • Collaborative discussion chart.
  • Daily updates.

Usability -- even if the most expensive and popular tool is made available, if it is not easy to use then it is just a waste of time.
No change at all.
No -- my use case does require additional support.
No
There was no instance of me needing support.
  • Connecting the curved arrows between objects.

We use [Lucidspark] to create flow charts for how we want our projects to work...as well as an organizational chart for potential clients
  • Organizational charts
  • Flow charts
  • Mind maps
  • More intuitive
  • Explain more functions
  • Link to trello easier
Mind maps so I can create an organizational chart for clients that I am communicating with, flow charts to make sure the flow on my projects goes as planned
  • It has made collaborating in our meetings so much better
  • It's easier for us to see what we have been documenting about specific areas
  • It has helped us focus more on areas we need to improve in
Pretty intuitive but I had to tinker to figure a few things out that I wish were explained
Have not been able to use it with these programs yet
Pretty legit, makes collaborating really easy
Cause of the way it has completely changed our organization and aligned us in a world where remote working is a norm.
Have not used anything else

I am using it for market research, and to keep myself organized.
  • Navigation is user-friendly and intuitive
  • Mostly good/useful templates
  • Well organized
  • More expansive repository of templates
  • Compatibility with Ipad (particularly apple Pencil so that you can draw within templates
  • Ability to customize templates to conform to company design/brand/formatting
[Lucidspark is] well suited for mind-mapping and virtual notes. Less suitable for personal/individual use (i.e taking notes)
  • Time
  • Efficiency
  • Organization
Mostly easy to use, although I do wish it was compatible with the ipad and Iphone
Performance has been flawless, although Miro feels a little bit more intuitive
Miro is better for individual use
