Critical for getting and staying ahead
- Positive: Huge time savings. While some of our teams have expressed that they do not see the point, as a PM, I can see hundreds of hours of work disappear as we understand interdependencies and risks.
- Positive: Having clear reference documentation makes it extremely easy to figure out impacts as we make changes.
- Negative: It has been somewhat difficult to paint the greater picture of what we are doing and why at some level of employees which has caused some confusion and loss of faith in the vision. This is largely because of how we use it but could be helped by additional functionality in the software that would allow us to pull and deliver smaller wins as we go.

A competent whiteboard and visio replacement
- Reduced the need for multiple meetings by providing an asynchronous way for stakeholders to see the work in progress
- Organizing all the artifacts and workstreams in a single way and having the flexibility to re-organize saved a lot of time for developers and stakeholders just looking for or asking about things
