Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite

I was new to Lucidchart and i could immediately start using it for my use-case without prior learning

It takes a little bit of a learning curve for new users, but most of it is extremely intuitive.

The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. When I started using this product for the first time, I didn't have to go through any training and everything was provided out of the box. Most of the icons industry uses are available right when you need it so that make it super easy to use.

Very easy to use, I love the simplicity of moving from one diagram into another in Lucid.

I recently started using Lucidchart (about 4 months ago). I had never previously heard of it or used it, but I found it very easy to pick up and learn in a short amount of time. I watched some training videos, observed my co-worker making a process map, and ever since, I have been all set to go!

Lots of helpful videos that can help with learning. The tool is also intuitive.

Literally anyone who knows how to work a mouse can learn how to do Lucidchart

It is easy to get started with visuals and connecting lines. They even have customer representative reach out right away to help get started. I do feel there were some super helpful tips I didn't get to until I completed the Lucidchart Badge, doing that got me to really start understanding how to use the software.

The tool is extremely intuitive and I definitely can tell Lucidchart invested in the market research and user experience. The company also provides youtube tutorials but their templates make it easy to use. The ability to just drag and drop items makes it extremely easy to user without having to be extremely familiar with competitors like visio. Flow diagraming is extremely easy with Lucidchart.

As mentioned, this tool does a fantastic job at providing rich capabilities with a very easy user interface and intuitive controls over most basic functions.

Simply because I feel that anybody could easily use it and do what they need to do with it in a matter of minutes. It is intuitive in it's UI and the drag-and-drop concept. Adding additional shapes is also extremely easy as it provides a comprehensive view of what is available before you add it into your toolbar.

Lucidchart has a very small learning curve. Anyone can start using the basics of it within just a few minutes and a bit of practice. Some of the more advanced features might take a bit longer to figure it out, but it’s still much easier than most software that does the same thing.

Lucidchart is easy to use, but that's because everything is standardized and templatized. It could use some work in-terms of customizability and just functionality. For example, if I try to drag an arrow to a box, that arrow goes on some weird paths and it is nearly impossible to get the arrow to go the way that I want it to. For some reason, it just does what it wants. If I don't have to create anything additional it is great to get started right away, but it can be frustrating.

Lucidchart is very easy to use and does not require any prior training to jump in with an understanding of how to make simple charts. After practice, it is easy to become a more seasoned user and the company offers a great number of training resources online to grow your skills.

easy - managing licensing is a pain - We don't have an enterprise license and smaller subscription model which makes is difficult to request and share licenses. Also, some teams have never used Lucid so their is a learning curve on how to use the tool effectively and collaborate/share effectively

For Miro, I had to spend a lot of time watching videos to figure out how to use the tool. For Lucidchart, I haven't ever looked at a single help article or video. It was that intuitive.

It's quite easy to get started with Lucid and I think the usability has been improving overtime. So there isn't anything I feel unsatisfied or I want to complain. I would say that there are a lot more features in Lucid that I know are powerful but I don't know how to use them. It doesn't block me to do my day to day tasks and that's probably why I don't have much motivation to learn. When I tried in the past, I have the impression that wasn't super easy to learn and I couldn't really see how to apply those features into what I want to do.

I think Lucidchart is super easy to use for the basics. The way it can auto map diagram connections and auto-suggest new shapes is extremely helpful. It's also great that it let's you easily duplicate shapes with ctrl+d. It does have a lot of advanced features that most users don't know about, and I have to say that even myself I do not know the vast majority of these advanced features.

Lucidspark is intuitive but also very robust. To make use of all the features, there is some learning curve. That said, you can jump right in with the basic features immediately.

There really is no learning curve, other than understanding standards of templates (e.g. BPMN). Where this knowledge may not be readily available within the team, there are videos and articles available to review. This has helped us massively. The tool itself, however, required no training and has inbuild tips and guides which have enabled everyone to start using it right away.

I have found Lucidchart very intuitive to use and had a very short learning curve. I have also found visual tutorials for any features I needed background information on.
