For Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or Recruitment, Lusha’s intelligent to go-to-market platform brings B2B contact and company data.


Lusha provides direct contact information with a prospecting solution and go-anywhere extension to connect and engage faster. Its intent data is used to find companies actively looking for solutions, and to stay up to date with prospects by receiving alerts when they change jobs.


Lusha can also be used to proactively enrich a connected CRM with fresh contact and company data using automated workflows. With its API, data can be enriched and managed in any database, system, or app.


Prospects can be reached directly from Lusha Engage, through email sequences and precise messages sent to prospect lists directly from the Lusha Platform without the need to integrate with another outreach solution.


And Lusha states they are GDPR and CCPA compliant with impartial third-party validation, and that they maintain SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 27018 certifications.

We are primarily a sales organization, so having the most up-to-date contact info for our prospects is key within our business.
  • Gives last names of people who hide them on linkedin
  • Has mostly cellphone numbers, not many office numbers
  • The extension is always working, other extensions similar aren't always working as well.
  • Emails-- can definitely do better with emails
  • Eaiser website use
This is particularly helpful for prospects who have opted out of different competitors where there information I not available.

I’m in a database sales decision. Finding valid phone numbers became impossible after COVID-19 and ZoomInfo’s data is outdated. I have gotten more meaningful conversations out of Lusha than any other phone number-sourcing tool. I reach people every day internationally and within the US. Nothing is perfect for finding numbers for everybody, but Lusha has proven to be far superior.

  • I think more numbers are out there.
  • The ability to upload contact information into a Salesforce lead with the press of a button.

I use Lusha as a tool to support my outbound prospecting. It helps me solve the issue of inaccurate contact info (phone #s, emails, etc.) and often provides me with far more variety of net-new accurate numbers to dial into than others such as ZoomInfo & Apollo. Great product overall.

Lusha is used as our primary prospecting tool to gather contact information for contacts we already have (but are missing phone numbers, emails, etc). We also use Lusha to locate additional contacts and import them to Salesforce. The extensions and exporting make the day run smoothly and make outreach fast!

  • finding office numbers, cell numbers, and email addresses
  • bulk loads are cumbersome and difficult to use
  • contact names pull incorrect contacts intermittently (John Smith, pilot, instead of John Smith, Architect)
There are several companies listed in Linkedin with contacts listed on the People page of the Company Linkedin, however, when opening the Lusha extension, it shows there is no information for the company.
Larger companies with more employees have a better chance of having at least 1 or 2 employees listed in Lusha and I can then take the formatting of the email, for example, to guess what the email may be for the contact I am actually prospecting.

I use Lusha in tandem with another contact data provider. Sure, there are some gaps between what Lusha is able to provide and what I need. But I’m able to supplement with the other provider, and I get pretty good results with this approach. I do wish Lusha had better phone numbers by and large, however.

It’s well suited in a situation where you have a robust set of tools already. It’s not an “all in one” solution like folks are using Apollo for. On another note, it won’t be a great standalone contact data provider. Maybe a hint to Lusha to make sure your GTM fits that… that you are complementary more than you are “rip & replace.”

We use it to get contact information for prospects we are reaching out to. This includes directors and above in pharma industry-related companies. Not having accurate or complete contact information for prospects leaves you unable to reach your target audience.

They seem to have a lot more European numbers than US numbers. Lots of bad numbers that go straight to an error message. They also changed their UI and made it more click-heavy, which doesn't make sense.

Lusha is a great tool for prospect searches as well as being able to directly export them. The amount of contact data is good in comparison to other platforms. The browser extension is great for when you are searching via LinkedIn.
The only downside would be that the phone numbers are not TPS registered.

The attributes you are able to search against mean you can really segment down for even better targeting. The addition of being able to target based on technology used has been really helpful.

I really enjoy using Lusha in tandem with Zoominfo. This is where the biggest benefit is for me, as I find that often times when ZoomInfo does not have the data I'm looking for, Lusha most likely will have it, and vice versa

Been using Lusha for almost 8+ months for data gathering activities at my organisation. It is used parallelly with other similar tools like Lusha but the data accuracy here is much better than any of the rest. Lusha will have information on those accounts/profiles that other tools seem to fail at. Another point to note is the accuracy it provides on work emails, which is unmatched elsewhere.

The data accuracy of Lusha is something I can rely on unlike other tools. It has provided info on accounts that I could not find on any other paid tool either.
Lusha will not show information for certain small/mid size organisation and data is also sometimes missing for customers who have changed the organisation recently, this is something that they can surely work on.

Outreaching targeted prospects is a challenge especially when you are stuck at the very first stage; finding contact details of these prospects. Lusha Extension simplifies this. It not only shows professional email ids but also lets you save these leads in your list. I found the information correct most of the time and it saves a lot of time for my team.
  • Embeds itself as a sidebar on LinkedIn so it is plug-n-play.
  • Works well with LinkedIn navigator so finding direct contact details of decision-makers is not a challenge.
  • Lists allows my team to quickly check the details of saved leads at any point of time.
  • Sometimes Lusha asks to log in again when LinkedIn reloads. This redundant process takes some valuable time.
  • Not all contact details are correct.
  • Many times it shows personal email ids which is of limited use for prospecting.
Lusha Extension is best suited for SDRs and inside sales who are responsible for hunting new accounts and getting meetings from decision-makers. Although solely focused on prospecting and outreaching, the product makes sense for anyone who needs the contact info of LinkedIn members. Startups can benefit a lot by directly outreaching relevant key stakeholders without spending fortunes on marketing.

We use Lusha to identify and reach insurance brokers to partner with. We were wasting too much time manually searching the internet for broker names and contact information, but Lusha enables us to get the right titles at scale. It allows provides information about the location of those insurance brokers so we can effectively message our products and services to them.

  • Easily connects to Salesforce and Salesloft, which we use in our sales process.
  • Enriches existing database for better accuracy and fresh data
  • Not enough parameters for searching - I wish we could restrict our search to exclude contacts that are already in our Salesforce database.
  • Wish the data was updated more frequently. Contact information is very accurate but title and role changes aren't always captured in a timely manner.
  • More smaller businesses if possible. Options are limited if looking for businesses with less than 50 employees.
Lusha is great when the goal is to get the right titles in the right locations and to get them at scale. The contact information is very accurate, and many of the accounts we want to target are in the database. It saves sales reps hours each week in searching for prospects as well as during the data entry process.

We use Lusha as a supplement for another B2B Data tool for EMEA and LATAM contacts. I find it works very well for EMEA and relatively well for NA contacts when I compare with other tools. LATAM it works OK but I would say that could be improved. I know LATAM contacts can be tough.

We use Lusha as a replacement of Zoominfo. Its chrome extension works fantastic on LinkedIn and it has been super efficient in getting our team contact info, company background and other necessary information in our biz dev process. Its UX design and extension are easy to use and have dramatically improved our sales flow. Being able to see emails , phone numbers( both work and cell) have helped our team streamline our outreach and prospecting process. Furthermore, Lusha's new insights add in has been very effective. I and our team have been extremely impressed with Lusha and plan to renew at the end of the year.

It is less effective for organizations who are sales people who sell face to face or who don't work with large clients. The tool works great for enterprise clients, not so much for SMB's.

Lusha has been a great addition to our tech stack to help the sales team identify the right contacts within an organization that we are vetting for our product. It's been very helpful to get more information to target decision makers, where we have struggled in the past with Linkedin data alone.

I have used Lusha in a number of roles and have found it to be the best product on the market for quality and quantity of data which is compliant with legislation. The integration with our CRM system is slick and seamless and allows our Sales Development Representative team to prospect efficiently and effectively.

Lusha is also used to gain targeted account information, from decision maker information, to data Used to enrich our teams understanding of a prospects org chart.

We used Lusha to get prospects contacts and support us on our outbound efforts. They were supposed to have many other features, like database enrichment, but we were never able to use that feature. Also, we had better results when we used the extension that was linked to Sales Navigator that when the used the platform itself. Despite that, it was really helpful for our outbound efforts.

  • In my opinion, the data seems to be outdated on a lot of information we receive
In my opinion, a lot of the information we review is not accurate - for example, in my experience, we can call a number we revealed through Lusha and come to find out that particular person has been gone for over 2-3 years. In my experience, some of the emails kick back as an error.

Lusha has been extremly helpful to reach out to our prospects. It helps us focus our marketing efforts and save time and energies by weeding out not relevant prospects. I would highly recommend sales/marketing teams in organizations to extensively use Lusha to maximize their efforts. The intent BI provided by Lusha is also very helpful in building an effective sales pipeline.

  • the bulk search option for company to be increased to 10k from 1k
  • the option to export company details is limited to 25 at a time. this should be higher

One of the main problems we faced before using Lusha was increasing our volume of colder leads. Initially, we planned to use Lusha to import new leads into our CRM for our sales team to reach out to. It did a good job adding lead volume in our CRM. Additionally, we also use Lusha to uncover additional contact info for our current leads using Lusha's extension on LinkedIn mostly.

Lusha is a good tool to increase your lead volume with good filtering capabilities. So you can accurately target your desired customer. It is also good for finding additional contact info online for current leads. However, I may not recommend Lusha to a company that only focuses on very small businesses because there is a high chance a small business may not have their contact info listed in Lusha.

We used Lusha and its Chrome extension as part of our prospecting strategy for clients. We supported multiple businesses across multiple industries, using Lusha's extension to gather both emails and phone numbers for prospects. We often paired Lusha with Salesloft and used the built in integration to bring prospects into Salesloft's platform.

  • Price point is not in line with competitors in the space
  • Limited coverage in smaller organizations
Lusha works well when you are doing email-specific outreach to larger organizations. If you're going to be using an outreach strategy that uses phone numbers and requires direct & cell numbers, I wouldn't recommend Lusha. For emails, they do a good job when you're looking at established companies.

I'd mostly recommend Lusha when paired with Linkedin Sales Nav.
