Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Mailchimp is easier to set up and use, it has a much better and more fluid user experience. It's also more affordable and has better pricing tiers.

Other competitors might have some more advanced features, but the pricing escalates so sharp that it is not justified. From competitors with similar features and functionality, I believe Mailchimp is the best overall software.

Mailchimp is simply easier to use and much more user-friendly. I have found TraveClick and Marketing Cloud specifically to be a negative user experience, and feel that you need a lot of coding experience in order to use them. Revinate was easier to use, but even more basic than Mailchimp. If you’re looking for something more in the middle of the pack, Mailchimp is the perfect choice.

Mailchimp focuses on email and they do a good job overall compared to the competition. The platform is easy to use and makes sending emails a breeze. If you need something more robust then I would recommend Marketo as you can do anything you can imagine. However, you will need a team to run it. Mailchimp can be run by one individual.

The primary decision to choose Mailchimp is generally driven by the easy integration with WordPress and WordPress plugins. Secondary is cost effectiveness vs. other similar tools. The overall simplicity of the Mailchimp system offers an inviting environment for beginners to learn and build their email marketing skillset. Tutorials and additional tools available a for those aspiring to dig deeper and analyze audience behaviors and insights.

We use Hootsuite for social media integration but it doesn't meet the needs of Mailchimp. Mailchimp addresses what I think is the most valuable part of our business: growing our email lists.

Mailchimp is comparable to Constant Contact with a primary focus on email marketing. Hubspot and SharpSpring have CRM, marketing automation, social media listening and content management, which makes them more robust tools. However, for a small company that doesn't have a need for all the other functionality, Mailchimp is a strong tool that gets the job done at a reasonable price point.

Mailchimp is what I inherited from my predecessor in the marketing department. It is more specialized into email marketing than Pardot or Marketo (though both have other benefits that make them really stick out for overall marketing automation), and is vaguely less expensive. Yesware is still good for the daily cold email blasts to multiple recipients, while Mailchimp is better at anything that includes a stylized email. Intercom, though, while not inherently designed for just email campaigns has actually been incredibly helpful and possibly is now surpassing Mailchimp at my company.

Mailchimp really has all of their competitors beat for ways to use the platform and functionality. The list management in Mailchimp is so much easier to use, too! My favorite part is that it integrates with Classy--our online fundraising platform and our website, built on Squarespace.

Klaviyo is what I left Mailchimp for. It does everything Mailchimp can do but better. They go a lot deeper with automation as well as how they segment and target their customers. Klaviyo does cost quite a bit more money though, so you do pay for what you get. Overall, Mailchimp served the purpose it was created for.

I have not used Constant Contact for some time but it was more complicated to organize the lists. Banantag was pretty easy to use in terms of blocks but it was not as good in terms of formatting and using previous templates, additionally, the previewing features [were] not as good as Mailchimp especially on mobile. But it was handy in terms of creating an HTML version that could then be used. But Mailchimp is easier to use for the purpose of creating and sending [an] email.

I ended up going with Mailchimp over Constant Contact for a few reasons. One reason was because they offer a discount for nonprofits on top of a discount when you pay for the entire year. Another reason was their support options--I've found them to be extremely responsive when I needed help. Phone calls are always answered quickly and issues are able to be resolved by experts.

To be fair, I haven't used Constant Contact in many years. My company switched from Constant Contact to Mailchimp, and I never looked back. I still see it pop up with clients and peers now and again, but the design does look way behind Mailchimp. So, Mailchimp has that in their favor.

One of the reasons I've yet to switch from Mailchimp is because I need to dig further into competitors to see which would not only serve my email marketing needs, but also easily integrate with Squarespace. It's overwhelming to think about changing hundreds of links... I have heard good things about Active Campaign, MailerLite, and Convert Kit, so those are the ones I plan to investigate.

I've used Constant Contact before. I prefer the Chimp. It is really fast and easy. I wear a lot of hats in the marketing department so the ability to get in and get out matters. I probably could have gone back to Constant Contact but, tried the Chimp and stuck with it. I think some of it now is habit. I can't imagine shifting away from it.

AWeber was also on our radar when starting out but when comparing the free offering is became clear that Mailchimp really packs a punch when [it] comes to the [number] of features, number of monthly emails, and the number of subscribers supported in Mailchimp's free tier. It serves the startup market really well.

I have used both software on different clients. Although CD works fine, its integration tends to fail and to generate unexpected errors on WordPress sites; [especially] on forms. [The] situation that I have never experienced with Mailchimp. As well, the user interface is easier to use on Mailchimp than on CD. However, they are not exactly the same, so you should check your requirements and validate if the software you are choosing is going to fulfill them totally.

Sendinblue is another cloud based email marketing software that I had used before Mailchimp. Both of these software are cloud based, identical in some of their features actually different in scope of their usage. Sendinblue additionally offers SMS marketing but Mailchimp is much advanced in its features and capabilities comparatively. Mailchimp have comparatively lot more to offer.

Mailchimp has an affordable, tiered pricing structure. Their UI, while not as strong as some of their competitors, is good enough to get the job done. With tech-savvy team members, newsletters and emails can easily be customized to offer consistent branding for any form of communication. Their scheduled email systems are easy to use, especially if you need to edit/make a change. Their security measures are strong and [provide] security, especially with everyone working remotely.

Pound for pound, these solutions all stack up in a very similar way--but Mailchimp wins in a few ways that matter most. First, Mailchimp has that wonderful, fully functional free version. Constant Contact does not (to my knowledge) and Sendinblue does--so we're tied there. Sendinblue's interface is not very intuitive compared to MailChimp--MailChimp wins here hands down. Mailchimp has the best pricing--free/$10/$15--vs Constant Contact--$20/$45--vs Sendinblue--free/$25/$65. It's a no-brainer who wins here. Add in the ease of which to build a campaign, and I was sold.

There are definitely alternatives available but it is comparatively more convenient to work on MailChimp. Also, the reports that we get like the revenue reports, helps to understand how effectively your marketing efforts are converting into real and traceable purchases. Apart from this, there are features like creating pages for your social media, landing pages, and adding surveys. So, MailChimp is your one-stop solution for email marketing.

Mailchamp is accepted by Google, and their email templates transfer correctly to email users, whereas Robly does not as easily which was a big factor that set it apart from Robly in our opinion. I felt that Robly's template editor was a little bit easier to navigate, and the pricing was a little bit lower with Robly, but for bigger operations, the investment is worth it to spend a little bit extra to get the features and compatibility that Mailchimp offers.

I've not used any of the other big names out there like Sendgrid, constant contact etc. Mailchimp is a name that I've heard about since before college. They've been in the game for quite some time, and are always improving their offerings. It was very easy to manage my list and add/remove subscribers to different list. It's also easy to coach a client on how to use the system via video chat.

We have done some extensive research on which email automation tool we were going with. And after some discussion, we decided to go with Mailchimp mainly for its wholesome features and positive market rate. And we still think that is a good choice to have been made. It helped us a lot.
