I use it to keep track of my email list, segment the list for better optimization, and boost signups/engagement through creating targeted landing pages.

I'm using MailerLite to manage all my campaigns and automations. I have 10.000 subscribers in my list and MailerLite make things so much easier. Creating an automation is very simple, I never had any issue using any of their features and the customer support is fast and helpful when I need information about anything.

MailerLite has been great for us, we have been using it for years. We mainly use it to send out monthly newsletters to our subscriber base, and have occasionally used it to create pop up subscriber forms. It offers good stats to see what customers are really interested in and what links they click more often than not.

We're using MailerLite for a rather long time now, and we're absolutely pleased with it. Not only is it extremely reliable, the customer support is premium. We've been using different mailing services and ended being disappointed. MailerLite didn't disappoint us not even once, during all these years. Personally, I'd rate it 10 out of 10. I truly recommend using it.

We are a sports club and have been using MailerLite for EDM comms for about six months, and just upgraded from the free membership to a business plan in order to build a new club website. The free features of both platforms are extensive but we needed the ability to publish our site under our own URL, hence upgrading to a paid plan.

I use MailerLite for all my email campaigns to my fan base, students and professional colleagues. It has very robust features even at the least expensive price point, and the drag & drop editing is user friendly. The learning curve is short - which very important for the DIY music business! And if there's a technical problem, their user support is 24/7, fast and from a live person, so important deadlines don't get missed. So far I'm pleased that I chose them over some other more well-know email campaign services.

Our biggest problem in communications is that we serve multiple subcategories within the music industry, and each of these are managed as singular businesses within our larger org chart. For ages I've been trying to find a way to sell ebooks directly from my website. Turns out, MailerLite had the easiest option of $10 per month through their partnership with Stripe.<br>I already use Mailer Lite for my regular author emails, so this was a huge help to add one small add-on.<br>I still made a little hash of it, but with one email, Denise from Mailer Lite sorted me out and fixed the broken link. Took maybe 10 minutes? Outstanding customer service.<br>Thank you.<br>Ebony

Major red flag with this company. If you read the Terms of Service, they do not provide refunds due to functionality. That means if you sign up and it does not work properly, they still not bother refunding you. I've attempted to obtain a refund several times due to poor email deliverability and they just simply stand by their "Terms of Service". They do not actually care that they take your money and do not provide you with a service that works. I am also forced into upgrading my plan to continue using it. Customer service just gives you the standard answer and does not actually take the time to listen to your needs. Steer clear of this company. Unfortunately, I was warned by using MailerLite before but I thought I would try it due to its cheaper plans. But this is clearly where you get what you pay for (not much at all).
"We do not refund any unused or partially used plans (monthly or yearly) when you did not use or partially used the Services, and/or forgot to cancel your plan, and/or if you canceled immediately after your credit card was charged for the new billing period. We have migrated clients from other platforms to MailerLite with much success. Our clients have been happy because they're able to navigate the platform easily. The data reporting is great and integration is seamless. We are currently launching and were using another all-in-one platform but there were too many problems getting it to work. In the end, we ended up using MailerLite to create our website and it's been great! The best part is MailerLite just saved us $200+ on SSL alone - mind blown!

I am an avid MailerLite user! I work at a boutique marketing agency and we recommend MailerLite to all our clients, so I have loads of experience using this platform. I've used other competitors in the past, and MailerLite is by far the best option. I love the interface, it's super user-friendly. Clients love that it has a high sender reputation and almost always hits the inbox. Above all else, the customer service is outstanding. I use that chat feature, more than I'm sure they'd like. Joseph is usually the one who has to answer all my questions and he's fantastic. Thank you for all your help! I can't recommend MailerLite enough. I am a user for life.

I just started using MailerLite, but I wanted to leave this review because the product and service have been GREAT so far. I have used other autoresponders in the past, but this one seems to be different for me. I find it to be very intuitive, efficient and it easily integrates with other products I use to build my online school. I also want to thank the for the kind and quick responses I have so far received when I've encountered a question or difficulty. I am loving mailerlite.

We use MailerLite to keep in touch with our email subscribers across a couple of genres; both fiction & non-fiction groups. It's super easy and they offer automations that enable us to develop 4-step onboarding welcome emails. Their support is personalized, quick, and top notch!
When our list exceeded the first 1000 subscribers, I was concerned that new subscribers would be turned away, but Mailerlite made it easy for us by automatically boosting our tier - completely seamless to our subscribers and keeping those floodgates open.
Their integrations are very easy to implement as well, so we can capture subscribers from our website or book promotion sites very easily. They provide a 'preview link' that we can easily send to book promoters to show that we did indeed send the group promotions out.
Highly recommend! SOOOO much better than our previous Mailchimp experience.

As an indie author, it is important to not only stay in touch with my readers, but to build a relationship that will grow my readership and fan base. I generally put on two newsletters per month—one the first and third Tuesdays—and encourage response and interaction. MailerLite has been helpful in that I am not that tech savvy but have access to multiple training videos and great customer service, both of which I have made use. I very much appreciate their help and have recommended MailerLite to other authors.

Their Api Does Not Work and Tech Support Is Unwilling to Help, Plus They Ignore My Request for a Refund

I signed up for MailerLite with the intention of using their API to add subscribers based on the actions they take on my website. For example, some users sign up for a newsletter, and others purchase a paid subscription. However, their API did not work for me. I followed their instructions exactly but got an error that prevented me from adding users. This means that the tool was completely useless for me, it simply did not work at all. I wasted many hours on setting it up initially and then unsuccessfully trying to fix this error. Unfortunately, their tech support was not helpful. And after 4 days of not receiving an answer, I canceled my account and requested a full refund. Now they aren't even responding to my request for a refund. I have done business with many companies online, I think this customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced. I have reverted back to my previous email service provider and I seriously recommend avoiding doing business with MailerLite, they are absolutely terrible and don't deserve your business.

They stated there was a TOS violation, which would literally be impossible as I had only sent it to myself and a testing email for internal use only.

I use it to nurture potential leads who will buy from my courses. First got drawn to their automated features which you cannot get from any other providers on a free plan. While free is limited, I eventually plan on scaling my business and when it's profitable enough, I surely will upgrade as it is worth it. Editing features in MailerLite is great, I have used their landing page features perfectly, and really love the segmentation. Their system also ensures that only legit and capable email senders are allowed to send out mass emails as they review each account carefully. That makes me feel secure that spammers are not allowed in their system. They even gave me freebies before I turned 1 year using them. They're a really cool company. Some feature wishes: better analytics for overall bird's eye view of reports (now this feature is per campaign only, and the dashboard report is still not very detailed).

I gather email addresses in my social media to add to the drip marketing I have set up in MailerLite. It's really versatile and easy to use. I came to this company after ditching Mailchimp. I love it! The user interface for the time-sequenced email series is so easy to use and I love that you can create a template for the base email.

You hear a lot about the power of having an email list/newsletter. I used another provider for a few years, but the UI was so confusing and intimidating that it made producing a newsletter feel like a chore. I had heard a lot about MailerLite and decided to make the switch and boy am I glad I did. It's intuitive, easy to use and the customer service is responsive and helpful. It has simplified the newsletter process for me and made it a lot less stressful. I highly and enthusiastically recommend MailerLite.

- The workflows are pretty easy to manage, but the groups/segments can be a little confusing.
- The use of affiliate links is clear as mud (I mostly blame the big retailer who shall remain anonymous for this).

- Would like to be able to integrate with my FB page, but apparently don't have enough followers. Kind of a bummer.
- Would love to have a LinkChecker feature to check that my newsletter links aren't broken without having to check links manually.

Thinking of switching to MailerLite? DO IT
I am so happy with our recent switch to MailerLite. The transition was super easy thanks to their top-notch customer support. Their system is very user-friendly and intuitive and the help center is a great resource! If I ever can't find an answer to my questions there, I am able to chat with a real person during business hours and their customer service team is the best I've ever encountered. Quick to answer and super knowledgeable. If I'm asking about a feature they don't have quite yet, they always give detailed instructions for really good workarounds. I highly recommend MailerLite!
