I use MailerLite to send out email blasts, organize my lists, and create landing pages. Been using it for about 4 years and have sent out hundreds of campaigns. I use it to keep track of my email list, segment the list for better optimization, and boost signups/engagement through creating targeted landing pages.
  • Creating beautiful, effective email campaigns
  • Tracking stats and engagement
  • Creating amazing landing pages super easily
  • Customer service is TOPS and always available 'round the clock
  • The only thing I'd like to see more of is Woocommerce integrations/automations, such as Abandon Cart sequences.
I feel like MailerLite is hands-down the best, most intuitive, easy-to-use CRM platform for the best price. Their customer care cannot be beat. It feels so comfortable for me to use that I have little resistance creating email campaigns (unlike a competing platform whose GUI/UX is NOT to my liking). They have really thought of everything. And they genuinely care!

I'm using MailerLite to manage all my campaigns and automations. I have 10.000 subscribers in my list and MailerLite make things so much easier. Creating an automation is very simple, I never had any issue using any of their features and the customer support is fast and helpful when I need information about anything.
  • Create automations
  • Create landing pages
  • Campaigns analytics
  • Sometimes the text gets messed up while I'm writing the body of an email. The font and size change all of a sudden.
MailerLite is great if you need to build automations and send emails to big lists.

MailerLite has been great for us, we have been using it for years. We mainly use it to send out monthly newsletters to our subscriber base, and have occasionally used it to create pop up subscriber forms. It offers good stats to see what customers are really interested in and what links they click more often than not.
  • Easy to use interface
  • Good statistics
  • Reasonable selection of templates
  • Linked with Zapier for good workflows
  • More templates would be useful
  • Better deliverability - a lot of our emails end up in spam as Mailerlite doesn't seem to be quite as recognised as Mailchimp or Klaviyo, for instance
MailerLite is affordable for small business, easy to use, and user-friendly. Support is fantastic, you hardly ever have to wait for a response to any issues.

We are a sports club and have been using MailerLite for EDM comms for about six months, and just upgraded from the free membership to a business plan in order to build a new club website. The free features of both platforms are extensive but we needed the ability to publish our site under our own URL, hence upgrading to a paid plan.
  • Easy and intuitive to build and send EDMs
  • Simple, hassle-free website construction
  • Responsive and helpful customer service
  • The photo editing feature could be better, such as allowing switching between landscape and portrait orientations, and more sizing/cropping templates
MailerLite is great for anyone with only basic skills to build out professional looking EDMs, websites or landing pages. The process to create, proof and publish is easy and intuitive. And although no phone support is provided on the free or business plans, email support has usually provided the right answer within half a day. I would definitely recommend MailerLite to any sports clubs or community groups looking for simple and effective ways to lift their communications or web presence.

We use MailerLite to send a variety of marketing messaging; from newsletters to product, brand, etc. But maybe most importantly are the automations and triggers; these enable us to better serve our customers with specific needs and help improve efficiency within our organization.

Our biggest problem in communications is that we serve multiple subcategories within the music industry, and each of these are managed as singular businesses within our larger org chart. MailerLite is invaluable in that regard; we can serve each of these singular businesses within our org and their customers and also our fans at large.
  • Customer Service!!
  • Easy drag and drop editor (really clean design)
  • Help us send messaging while maintaining good email standards
  • Automations and Triggers
  • Form HTML output could be cleaner and shorter
  • Form design could be more editable
  • Landing pages could deploy through proxy to appear as our domain
They're great for newsletters .. I think this would be the perfect fit for a solopreneur / contract worker. They're really good at segmenting larger audiences - and as a result, triggers and automations MailerLite definitely could improve their form's HTML snippets + editability. So if you can't design a better form / page for your form then you're going to be lacking a little bit.

Also if mobile is super important for you, then you'll be able to hide sections on mobile but you can't change how they are stacked on mobile.

I use MailerLite to send automated emails, email campaigns, and to create Stripe-integrated landing pages from which to sell products/services
  • Creates landing pages
  • Sends automated emails
  • Sends email campaigns to my email list
  • I have definitely had difficulties, both in the past and currently, with the Stripe integration withing MailerLite - getting it to work properly.
As previously - email automations, landing pages, email campaigns. I'm not great at tech and I find MailerLite relatively idiot-proof, plus the support function/team has always been really good.

For ages I've been trying to find a way to sell ebooks directly from my website. Turns out, MailerLite had the easiest option of $10 per month through their partnership with Stripe.<br>I already use Mailer Lite for my regular author emails, so this was a huge help to add one small add-on.<br>I still made a little hash of it, but with one email, Denise from Mailer Lite sorted me out and fixed the broken link. Took maybe 10 minutes? Outstanding customer service.<br>Thank you.<br>Ebony
  • Easy to build emails
  • Provides a platform to sell digital downloads like ebooks - that then sends a link to the purchaser to download their preferred format.
  • It would be awesome if Mailer Lite or Stripe could store the ebook files on site instead of then needing to be stored elsewhere, like an author's website/story0rigin/Bookfunnel.
Very easy to use, and they have helpful tutorial videos too.

We have migrated clients from other platforms to MailerLite with much success. Our clients have been happy because they're able to navigate the platform easily. The data reporting is great and integration is seamless. We are currently launching and were using another all-in-one platform but there were too many problems getting it to work. In the end, we ended up using MailerLite to create our website and it's been great! The best part is MailerLite just saved us $200+ on SSL alone - mind blown!
  • Integration
  • Reporting
  • Landing pages
  • Email marketing
  • Customer service
  • More granular logic for automations
  • Automations that don't kick-out a subscriber because the send date has past
Intricate automations might not be the best for MailerLite but it's also robust enough to take on some complicated workarounds. The integrations are simple and if I have trouble, I can always bounce it off their awesome tech support team.

Very poor experience from the website builder and customer support. Have set up my website on their website builder thinking everything will be under one roof instead of managing multiple systems. Have set up my website and it was functional until yesterday. Spent hours & weeks setting up the website by myself. But, due to bugs in their website builder, my website home page content was completely erased and over-written by some other content from the page that I deleted long ago. The best part was, it took a lot of effort for me to make their technical support understand what's the issue, and failed to provide any estimated timelines for issue resolution. Being their premium customer (on an advanced plan), the experience working with their technical support was quite bad. Another issue was raised a few weeks back regarding canonical link redirection, for which the resolution hasn't been provided yet after multiple follow-ups. Dear Mailerlite team, if you say customer satisfaction is the top priority, then why your tech team is taking hours to resolve this severe issue because my business is impacted because of this delay.

I use it to nurture potential leads who will buy from my courses. First got drawn to their automated features which you cannot get from any other providers on a free plan. While free is limited, I eventually plan on scaling my business and when it's profitable enough, I surely will upgrade as it is worth it. Editing features in MailerLite is great, I have used their landing page features perfectly, and really love the segmentation. Their system also ensures that only legit and capable email senders are allowed to send out mass emails as they review each account carefully. That makes me feel secure that spammers are not allowed in their system. They even gave me freebies before I turned 1 year using them. They're a really cool company. Some feature wishes: better analytics for overall bird's eye view of reports (now this feature is per campaign only, and the dashboard report is still not very detailed).
Rating: overall A+
  • Automation is unlimited even if you're in the free tier.
  • You can have as much as 1,000 subscribers before upgrading with at least 12,000 generous free emails which rolls over monthly.
  • There's always their quick email support. To think I don't pay a single cent using their service yet, they have given so much value back to me already.
  • Detailed overview of reports with easy downloads of comparative analysis
  • Subscriber preferences (unsubscribe is per group only, people can't customize how often they want to receive emails etc.)
I think it's a really good product for nurturing, email broadcasts, and for everything in between.
Not sure if they'll be suited for high transaction emails (e-commerce).

Hi, I'm Humberto Colmenares. I am the Director of Pedagogía Musical Activa. I use MailerLite to create my database of potential clients and it works perfectly. I can set up my conversion funnel through the easy implementation of your forms on my website created with WordPress. It's easy, it's secure and my emails never land in the spam folder. I love MailerLite and I recommend it because you can use it completely free. Try it today!
  • Free automations for any funnel you can think of.
  • Regular campaigns, A/B testing campaigns
  • You can easily create landing pages with its drag-and-drop editor.
  • Perhaps the creation of Workflows needs tutorials for those who are just starting out.
The tool is really very complete. I have created regular campaigns, Workflows, and A/B tests in my campaigns and I have not had any limitations. I have tried other platforms that are not as complete in the free version like MailerLite. This makes me want to upgrade to the premium version and I'm sure you will get the same benefits.

I gather email addresses in my social media to add to the drip marketing I have set up in MailerLite. It's really versatile and easy to use. I came to this company after ditching Mailchimp. I love it! The user interface for the time-sequenced email series is so easy to use and I love that you can create a template for the base email.
  • drip marketing
  • visual interface for the whole email segment/series
  • easy to read reports
  • learning resources
  • nothing to fix
  • I love this website
  • can't wait to grow and upgrade to paid services
Fantastic for smaller businesses when upgrading isn't necessary, building an email base. MailerLite offers to learn links to help teach us what will help us grow.

You hear a lot about the power of having an email list/newsletter. I used another provider for a few years, but the UI was so confusing and intimidating that it made producing a newsletter feel like a chore. I had heard a lot about MailerLite and decided to make the switch and boy am I glad I did. It's intuitive, easy to use and the customer service is responsive and helpful. It has simplified the newsletter process for me and made it a lot less stressful. I highly and enthusiastically recommend MailerLite.
  • User Interface.
  • Customer service.
  • Workflow management.
  • The workflows are pretty easy to manage, but the groups/segments can be a little confusing.
  • The use of affiliate links is clear as mud (I mostly blame the big retailer who shall remain anonymous for this).
  • Certain integrations with my website are a little clunky.
  • Would like to be able to integrate with my FB page, but apparently don't have enough followers. Kind of a bummer.
  • Would love to have a LinkChecker feature to check that my newsletter links aren't broken without having to check links manually.
Ease of use/UI and customer service.

MailerLite is used by us to collect leads and send out our email newsletter to prospects and customers. We find it easy to use and affordable for email marketing, with plenty of automation features available to help us get the most out of our emails. We decided to go with MailerLite after trying the free account and seeing good reviews about its email deliverability. We send out weekly newsletters as well as occasional broadcasts to alert our subscribers of seasonal offers and important news about our business.
  • Send out automated emails
  • Email broadcasting to our entire email list
  • Creating good looking emails that get delivered
  • Could use extra automation options (for experts)
  • Extra landing pages are always welcome
MailerLite is especially useful to create and send email newsletters. I've tried many email marketing tools and this one is easy to use and has more than the standard features that I find in other tools. I use MailerLite frequently for sending out newsletters to our email contacts as well as sending broadcasts with time-sensitive news or promotions. Creating and sending emails is very easy and you get enough statistics to be able to see if your campaign can be improved or not.

We use MailerLite across the whole organization. It is used to address content delivery for a variety of client-requested guides and updates. It has made the assignment of content easier, by allowing us to group/segment clients, and automate the emails each group receives.
  • Automation
  • Assignment to Groups (We can set up 'rules' on each form, to use entries in various fields, to automatically have each person added to a group).
  • Customer Service! Two or three times I've needed assistance and they are amazing to work with.
  • Guide Search: Sometimes the right instructions are terminology challenges. A terminology introduction would be helpful, and search settings default to the specific content entered for the search. (Maybe this is a Titles and Content setting)
  • Dates on Dashboard Notifications: When something is new or updated it has been difficult to find out when the change happened. Important because changes may mean we need to do something. Example: The feature 'Authentication' of Domain launched and we needed to authenticate the website (although verification had already been completed). We THINK it caused bouncing because once we updated the bounced emails were resubscribed and sent. TIP: Several started on the same day 2021 September 4th, but, we don't have dates on notifications so we are not sure that is why it happened.
It is easy to use from the MailerLite (ML) website. If you are going to use it straight-forward without integrations you can typically set up with little technical experience. What is easy to do on our website: copy/paste forms from MailerLite into a text or HTML element (we used HTML code provided by ML to paste into the page where the newsletter sign-up form needed to be. TIP: CREATE your form first. Then add Subscriber Fields that match the form fields. This way you can search for subscribers based on form field answers a client submits. Helpful when you do not have an automation set up for a specific topic yet, but, will be after you calculate the interest of your subscribers. If you plan to use integrations (additional software that works with ML) you may need to plan a little time or an IT person to piece it together. There are several integrations available. Be sure you use one that MailerLite has included on their list (some are installed with the ML app and some are going to be a combination using API).

I use Mailerlite for newsletters, e-mail campaigns, landing pages, automated e-mails and integration with multiple websites all uising WooCommerce. Since I'm self-employed, I suppose that means the whole organisation uses it ;-)

I do know my way around basic IT, but it happens that I get stuck on things "not working", usually for stupid oversight reasons that are hard to self-diagnose. When this has happened, the Mailerlite customer support has been tremendously helpful in that they have responded quickly, usually spotting the oversight and thus helping me solve my problem immediately.
  • E-mail management and integration with Wordpress: elegant, customizable e-mail designs and easy integration.
  • Landing pages: easily put together and doing the job beautifully.
  • Customer support is ACE.
  • Integration with WooCommerce: easily managed and very handy.
  • I'd like the possibility to have a non-repeating background in landing pages.
For small businesses and not overly tech-savvy users, Mailerlite is perfect. And when your less than perfect tech-insight shows up in the form of features not working properly, the customer support is speedy, quickly solving your problem and doing so in a a clear, explanatory and friendly manner.

I am a sole trader and use it for myself in my business as well as with my clients. MailerLite makes it easy to set up and create email marketing campaigns as well as set up landing pages, etc. for specific promos or services - again, for myself and my clients.

For a solopreneur or small business that is wanting to start and grow its email list, MailerLite is fantastic to use. It has everything one needs to get going and grow the list. From simple sign-up forms, pop-ups to landing pages and even websites - it has it all. Also, learning MailerLite is very visual and hence simpler to do, plus their customer service is very professional and quick to answer and support if and where needed. • Landing pages
  • Author centered content
  • Support 24/7
  • I'd love a mobile app to craft campaigns on the go.
  • Direct integration with Canva would be amazing.
I have been doing some split testing to see what my rates are for opens (which really don't matter to me) and click rates between [MailerLite] and a new competitor out there. I also wanted to see what the offerings were compared to [MailerLite]. Here's what I found: My open rate was a bit higher with competitors but not by much. My click rate was higher with [MailerLite] by about 1%. Pricing goes to the competitor at a flat rate for unlimited subscribers and emails (even after the initial beta pricing is over). HOWEVER, I found that the benefits of [MailerLite] outweighed the "cheaper" pricing even at the higher tiers as you gain subs in [MailerLite]. [MailerLite] has amazing landing pages, [the] competitor does not. They also have more customization on all the other sign-up forms which I didn't realize I loved so much until it wasn't there. [The] organization is extremely minimal on competitors which may be what some want, and TBH is what appealed to me in the beginning. But... what I found was that having a lack of organization on the backend actually stressed me out more than learning the ins and outs of [MailerLite] did, which is no bueno. Lastly integrations. [MailerLite] has all the things. [The] competitor has Zapier, which can be super expensive if you want to create flows that are already available in [MailerLite] with no integration needed. [MailerLite] has an API, [the] competitor does not which is a huge deal for many. Conclusion: "cheaper" and cleaner [don't] always mean better. The community that [MailerLite] has built and the 24/7 amazing customer service make the price at any tier worth it. One last thing. I'm an author. The simple fact that [MailerLite] has a section of templates titled Author is huge!

MailerLite was used by the Communications department to send press releases and other important announcements to local news stations, chambers of commerce, and other constituents. Our distribution list is small and I needed a quick and easy way to distribute these announcements from my laptop or phone. I was looking for something more streamlined than Mailchimp, but still had features that we could grow into. MailerLite's fresh and simple interface was intriguing and the features were on par with other big names.
  • List management
  • Scheduled sends
  • Easy to use templates
  • Onboarding was difficult when setting up a non-paid account to try it out.
MailerLite is a nice product, easy to use, and sends emails as expected. Depending on your business need, other important features like landing pages, signup forms, and automation will round out your marketing toolkit.
The product is very focused on adding subscribers, which makes sense since their subscription plans are based on subscribers emailed each month.

MailerLite is an email management marketing and automation system that we have used over the last two years to help us gather leads and communicate with our email list. It has helped us to create landing pages, pop-ups and embed forms that we were able to use on our website as well as on social media.
We have been able to use Mailerlite tools to promote our digital freebies, online events such as seminars and webinars as well as launching new courses. It is one of our favorite go-to automation tools to help delivery email marketing campaigns, schedule newsletter releases as well as drip 5-10 day online challenge.
  • What MailerLite does really well is providing small businesses on small budgets the opportunity to create attractive and easy peasy landing pages without breaking the bank.
  • MailerLite over the last year has really stepped up its game by integrating with popular third-party tools to help small businesses work smarter by creating automated systems and processes.
  • Their online educational webinars and training videos have improved tremendously in helping to educate small business owners on how to use email marketing more effectively.
  • Although they have started working with popular third-party tools there is major room for improvement. Due to them not being on the list of integrated tools for some very well known CRM's it has been difficult to fully use MailerLite for all our online email management systems.
  • They have a great selection of landing page templates that work well for new business start-ups but unfortunately they have yet to be added to in the two years since I switched over. This is an area I hope they plan to improve, whether it be only available on pro plans, it's just time to add to that library.
  • The other major part I hope Mailerlite can improve is the option to upload and store PDF's and videos instead of having to link to outside sources.
MailerLite is well suited to small businesses without the funding or skills to hire an email marketing specialist. Even if you have zero IT or email marketing knowledge, you can truly learn how to run your very own email marketing campaigns and get something sent to your email list within minutes. If you're a business looking to integrate with various online tools you may find that MailerLite has its limitations and may not be recognized by some of the top digital tools on the market. So it's very important to check the list of partners that work well with the tools you plan to use for any of your digital campaigns.

I use MailerLite for an Architecture company.

1) To send bi-monthly newsletters to our mailing list

2) To send bi-monthly in-house newsletters to the rest of the team

3) To create sharable pdf brochures showcasing our past/current projects. These "brochures" light and the images are clickable linking to the projects on our websites, this way when sent to clients/potential clients on WhatsApp they can know more about us without having to go to our website.
  • It's easy to create newsletters that look good both on desktop, tablets and on mobile.
  • This might not be a big reason for most people, but I love their design capabilities and how easy it to create sections within a newsletter, I also like how some templates allow you to have a button attached to an image. I also love the various "heading" for the newsletter where I can choose to have my logo at the beginning of the newsletter, the logo, and the company name, or just the company name.
  • I like how I can have the logo aligned to the left or center. Compared to MailChimp the design capabilities are more impressive.
  • It was surprisingly easy to connect Mailerlite to my domain, the verification process was smooth, I'm not sure if it's this way for everyone or because i had done the same with MailChimp so it was easy for me.
  • Unlike the newsletter design, their landing page design leaves much to be desired. More templates would be great as well.
  • My emails kept going to the spam folder, I contacted support and was told it's an issue they working on as they had been blacklisted (or something like that). This was such an issue that even my internal newsletters sent to the team went to their spam folders.
  • On outlook (desktop app), my newsletter rendered differently, specifically the "featured image" element. Instead of appearing as one large image, the images appeared as a grid, with nine images of the same image taking the space instead of one large image.
MailerLite is great for simple newsletters and for converting your newsletters to sharable .PDF's. It's definitely not the best option for landing pages. Since it has limited design capabilities. Unless your landing page is a simple one with one large image some text and fields for name, email etc.

My clients use Mailerlite to send emails, create landing pages, and set up workflows. It helps them reach their consumers. I set them up on the platform and help them develop segments using it, which helps them communicate clearly to their target audiences. As such, they are able to fully build out their audiences and strategically target them.
  • Segments
  • Workflows
  • Email customizations
  • Faster loading times to new subscribers
  • More landing page customizations
  • Easier HTML coding of emails
For small businesses which specific target populations it is most appropriate. Least appropriate in an e-commerce setting, as its options here are very limited.

We use Mailerlite to manage our own subscribers coming from our website/blog/Facebook business page.
  • Ease of use/no learning curve
  • Affordable for starters
  • Various integrations with other apps
  • Would like to see even more integrations in the future
Mailerlite is easy to learn and use, yet flexible enough if you need more complicated scenarios like custom segmentation.
