Manatal is used as a recruitment software for my company. This is overall a great software that has helped me gain information needed from potential candidates. Manatal saves me a lot of time of gathering information and data and allows me to manage and track candidates efficiently and in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend Manatal to someone who recruits candidates and/or has hiring needs. The software will provide you with many details, so if you are seeking certain items (skills, experience, education, etc.) this is a great software for just that! Manatal saves a lot of time and will make the process much smoother.

Pros
  • The system is designed to be easy to use and comes complete with everything that is necessary for the recruiting process.
Cons
  • Although we would like more say in how the career page appears, we must acknowledge its remarkably straightforward design. Now that we are managing our career page in-house, rather than outsourcing the work to a freelancer, we are able to save costs.
Likelihood to Recommend
When compared to Manatal, the other two platforms we tested at the same time both had overly complex user interfaces. It was well worth the price we paid.

Economical and effective applicant tracking system (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software, ideal for staffing firms of all sizes.
Pros
  • Because of its user-friendliness, the software is highly accessible.
Cons
  • The ability to send out mass emails at once was a feature that was initially unavailable but was added not long ago. Although I find the program to be comprehensive, I would like to see additional possibilities for customizing the career page.

An easy and effective job ad publishing across numerous platforms has greatly increased our pool of qualified candidates.

Each day, they're on the lookout for new and innovative methods to make their product even better.

The software is always being enhanced with the addition of new tools and features.
Pros
  • Compared to other HR technology systems, this one's user interface is extremely straightforward.
  • Mobile-friendly.
  • Thanks for all the hard work that went into the search tools and AI recommendations. It makes it very easy to find candidates in our huge database.
Cons
  • At the moment, not much to dislike.
  • Just some improvements on the boolean search is requested.

It makes it very easy to find candidates in our huge database. I can invite all of my clients to work with me directly in Manatal, which makes it much easier to share candidates and feedback. A brand-new Codility integration is now available, and it works smoothly.

It's become simpler to manage our talent pool.

A reliable applicant tracking system is a huge help to us as our agency grows and we have more clients and more candidates.
Pros
  • ATS and CRM are all in one app.
  • Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
  • Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
  • It's very simple to use.
  • Career page with the ability to be customized.
  • There are too many good things about this to list here.
Cons
  • We'd love something that could do both an advanced search and a boolean search at the same time!
