Being able to record and track each performance with a simple interface helps me make quick and smart decisions.
Pros
  • The process of posting a job opportunity to job boards directly from Manatal is quite straightforward.
  • Managing job postings have become more informative as a result of their software, which gives us reports on how our jobs are performing as well as information on where applicants have applied for the job.
Cons
  • A recommendation rather than a criticism. For each candidate, we should be able to produce more than five custom resumes.

Manatal doesn't have a free version and enterprises don't want to go with a free tool either but they do have trial period and that's what we started with initially for managing our recruitment process. We are benefitted by it being a cloud SaaS application where applicants can be tracked anytime anywhere and hiring processes can proceed smoothly. That workflow is very easy to use and provides great value in terms of being a recruiter. Though it is used only in our department, I can say it is good large sized company as well for recruitment activities. It is a 2 way application where applicants can also track their application and thus be in the know of where they stand in terms of getting hired.
Pros
  • web- based application as well as mobile platform availability
  • easy to maintain and manage candidates profile, post job openings, schedule interviews,
  • great set of videos and documentation for training for management of recruitment process, in person or online live training option available too
  • fab support team - with a great knowledge and very quick turn around time for resolution of errors
Cons
  • lead management from internal departments can be better
  • while onboarding - induction trainings can be more refined
Likelihood to Recommend
Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

Pros
  • Although the prices are lower than those of other options, both the software and the customer service are of superior quality.
Cons
  • Because we have such a sizable candidate pool to work with, I really wish that they provided more than one thousand free monthly credits for use in mass marketing campaigns.

Everything a recruiter needs to complete the hiring process.
Pros
  • It contains a wealth of features, so you should invest sufficient time in learning it and the support team is always available on weekdays. Plus, they got some video guides and written step-by-step documentation. However, once you've mastered it, it's truly amazing!
Cons
  • Nothing to note here. It combines components of an ATS and a CRM in one package so I’m satisfied that my team and I can handle all of our sales and recruitment tasks here.
