A reliable applicant tracking system is a huge help to us as our agency grows and we have more clients and more candidates.
Pros
  • ATS and CRM are all in one app.
  • Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
  • Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
  • It's very simple to use.
  • Career page with the ability to be customized.
  • There are too many good things about this to list here.
Cons
  • We'd love something that could do both an advanced search and a boolean search at the same time!

Manatal enabled our agency to grow.
Pros
  • It's nice that we can share candidates directly with our clients in Manatal. In this way, there's no longer a need to send profiles by email.
  • All feedback and interactions are kept in the same place.
  • Besides that, this is free. Instead of sending emails back and forth, we can now work together much more quickly.
Cons
  • In general, the AI recommendation function works very well English resumes.
  • It could be better for resumes in other languages than English, though.
Likelihood to Recommend
As a starting point, it provides an extensive collection of tools that are both cost - effective and extensible.

Pros
  • Tracking candidate emails and activities via Gmail and Google Calendar integrations. Client and lead management CRM software.
Cons
  • The career page, on the other hand, is only available in English and Spanish at this time.

Economical and effective applicant tracking system (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software, ideal for staffing firms of all sizes.
Pros
  • Because of its user-friendliness, the software is highly accessible.
Cons
  • The ability to send out mass emails at once was a feature that was initially unavailable but was added not long ago. Although I find the program to be comprehensive, I would like to see additional possibilities for customizing the career page.

An easy and effective job ad publishing across numerous platforms has greatly increased our pool of qualified candidates.

The software is always being enhanced with the addition of new tools and features.
Pros
  • Compared to other HR technology systems, this one's user interface is extremely straightforward.
  • Mobile-friendly.
  • Thanks for all the hard work that went into the search tools and AI recommendations. It makes it very easy to find candidates in our huge database.
Cons
  • At the moment, not much to dislike.
  • Just some improvements on the boolean search is requested.

It makes it very easy to find candidates in our huge database. I can invite all of my clients to work with me directly in Manatal, which makes it much easier to share candidates and feedback. A brand-new Codility integration is now available, and it works smoothly.
