It was eventually resolved but it took several months multiple people experience the bug but it was not critical to product use just negative for our user experience and annoying.

There have been maybe 2-3 times over the course of 5-6 years I've been using Marketo that I've come upon a bug in the system. Generally it was escalated initially because the first Support person could not find a solution, but after that it was usually solved fairly quickly and didn't hinder my work.

Yes, some issues are worse than others and take the engineering team some time. I think the worst was when they didn't renew their domain and that process was painful and took a while to get back online. Also sometimes pods go down.

While I encountered bugs in Marketo, these were always non-critical issues therefore I did not specifically monitor the resolution of these once raised. Bugs were ultimately solved but I wouldn't be able to report on how long it took.

It took a long time, but eventually, Marketo added an "optional" toggle that fixes problems that it has with HTML output.
