- Navigating the entire application.
- Too overly complex.
- Not a friendly, easy-to-use user interface.

Good experience with Marketo so far
- Creating HTML mails without a very deep knowledge of coding - their Design Studio leaves a lot to be desired
- The sort from ascending/descending option in most lists is unavailable and forces you to download to an Excel rather than doing it inside of Marketo

Avoid if you are the end - user
- Copying a campaign and replacing pictures and text. Sounds easy, it was extremely difficult.
- Deleting or managing multiple instances of the same person. There is not cleanup. I believe I was offered to pay thousands of dollars to have it cleaned up for me.

Highly intuitive.
- For us, since we have RCA, keeping RCA stages updated is difficult due to record merges.
- Getting Marketo reports to match SFDC reports can sometimes be difficult - you have to find the discrepancies in order to make sure the reporting is working as intended.
- Territory updates sometimes take a long time in Marketo.

- The ability to further customize reports beyond the standard options can sometimes make it difficult to pull detailed information without additional manual effort.
- The ability to modify Marketo Sales Insight features can sometimes be difficult depending on the structure and processes of the Sales organization using it.
- While the Marketo interface is user-friendly, new users may require a ramp-up period to become comfortable using and understanding nuances with certain features.

After years with Marketo, moving over to HubSpot
- Setting up programs, especially webinar sends, often took approximately 1.5 hours
- Editing email sends required having each element prepared, sized and ready to go in advance. On-the-fly editing is virtually impossible
- Dynamic content makes the program building process infinitely longer, especially in the testing and editing phase
