Everything! Marketo Community helps you realize not only what features to use but how to optimize them, too! I've used Marketo community to optimize engagement streams, lead scoring, email deliverability, and segmentation. Marketo community is also great when your trying to find html and css cheats if you're building out super customized email and/or landing page templates.

The Marketo community is a great source of information. Champions and Marketo experts answer your questions and share their knowledge in the community. In addition, Marketo listens to customer ideas and has useful support information in the community.

I have most certainly learned a lot from the Marketo Community, especially when I have had an issue where I wanted an answer fast instead of needing to rely on support. The forums are a bit tricky to navigate at first (I honestly usually just end up where I need to be with a quick Google search) but there is a treasure trove of information within.

There are a few questions already answered by the Marketo community (excluding support assistance). The only issue is that some of the questions are still unanswered or its solution is a workaround rather than a direct approach. I believe Marketo support should assist on questions that have been unanswered for months or years.

I'd say the Community is a great resource for all people. I've definitely learned hidden secrets from other Marketo pros.

Key things I've learned involve Race Conditions, Request Campaign use to manage Order of Operations, etc.

Others will find help related to Lead Source, Lead Lifecycles, and Setup.

I was able to find a great consultant who I have been working with for almost two years now. She has helped me implement better programs, create great reporting, and realize the value in certain Marketo function. I found her on Marketo Community and it has been a complete game changer for me.
