Adobe Marketo Engage, from Adobe since 2018, aims to help marketing teams drive demand and growth in their companies by delivering exceptional experiences in concert with sales at every stage of the customer journey.

Adobe Marketo Engage does a great job of handling all areas of the sales process as well as informational emails. The subscription management works well as well as using analytics to set up campaigns that drive further sales. This includes sending additional emails to people that clicked on an email but didn't take action.

Increase in sales and ability to invite a lot of customers for our events, campaigns, and webinars, to name a few. Our organization is accustomed to a traditional batch n blast email marketing strategy, and we're trying to shift over to a more modern inbound marketing approach with lead nurturing and personalization. We use Adobe Marketo Engage for all our written communications to current installed base customers in addition to prospecting and new logo recruitment. We have nurtured campaigns to move prospects through the funnel to become warm/hot leads for sales, product updates, operational emails, current customer upsell/cross-sell campaigns, events, webinars, and more. We are able to quickly assess how successful the campaign was and make adjustments as needed for follow-up or additional messaging.

We use email sends for our product launches, going to drive awareness and trial registrations for our new products. We use Adobe Marketo Engage's drip and engagement programs to nurture our leads and also onboard the trial users. Adobe Marketo Engage provides reporting options where you can customize to get insights into your email sends and nurture programs, which can help with your optimization.

With product launches, upsell, and cross-sell, our goal is to produce content that helps our customers understand how new products will improve efficiency within their company. Marketo helps us to accomplish that goal by serving as a tool to distribute that content to the right people. When prospecting or engaging new business, our goal is to keep the attention of prospects throughout the buyer journey. Marketo helps us to accomplish this goal by providing steps to delivering the right content at the right time that really speaks to the prospect and their concerns at that point in their journey to purchasing.

We wanted to find new leads as well as nurture current leads to upsell.
For this we combine the program and use automation that helped to ease our burden of checking whether the lead is qualified or not, we would just tweak the conditions every month based on the reports given. We could focus more on creating content to engage leads rather than doing mundane manual tasks of marketing promotions. we would simply copy and use templates to simplify tasks

For lead management, the goal we are trying to achieve is to have virtually the entire process automated. What we are working on building out is having leads fill out a form on our website and be put in a nurture campaign where they are sent the appropriate and relevant content. Eventually, salespeople would be notified of these leads so they can follow up accordingly.

The outcome that our team always aims for are good email performances. Email performance is viewed in its engagement rates such as opens and clicks, and beyond that, we also aim for these emails to impactfully contribute to our other campaigns like webinars and product launches. Marketo provides ways for us to create beautiful emails while you as a user are enjoying the experience.

The primary goal is to get more leads, convert more leads and grow the pipeline.

We also ran upsell campaigns and renewal campaigns to make sure we not only keep our existing customers but also expand[ing] certain customers.

The last piece we used it for was running offers and onboarding drips through Marketo.

The goal was to generate leads by creating a customised landing page for each "keyword". When we did that in our previous system, the boss came to ask for a few small adjustments. Every change took 2-3 mins, but if we multiply that for about 200 pages it takes someone a day. Then the boss came again, as he forgot to mention [additional changes]. The moment we switched from the old to Marketo, the changes can be done on the template that could be used on all pages. Such a game changer.

All of our inbound lead growth is captured through marketo. It is at the crux of our revenue funnel and through it's vast automation and lead scoring, it paves the way for all of our qualified lead handoff to our sales team. In addition to that too, it has all of our email flywheels for lead nurture.

Our goals included showcasing our thought leadership, event promotion and execution, and company highlights when appropriate. Our goal was always to become our customers trusted ally when making the tough decisions, and Marketo allowed an easy way to stay in touch with our customers on a large scale. Marketo made it easy for our teams to come up with a schedule and stick to it. It also allowed to easy A/B testing by making multiple email sends trackable without having to run down a report in a separate area.
