Adobe Marketo Engage, from Adobe since 2018, aims to help marketing teams drive demand and growth in their companies by delivering exceptional experiences in concert with sales at every stage of the customer journey.

Marketo has helped us reach our goals by allowing us to set up multiple, automated drip campaigns that target our leads. It took a lot to set up but now that it's up and running it is performing very well. Marketo has also helped us manage our database very well.

Marketo is used for all of our email communications Product Launches, up sells, cross-selling, and customer service. We also use it for NPS surveys, ENPS surveys, customer service in general, lead management all all of our prospecting. The automation and flows that can be used for sales prospecting can be set to be incredibly advanced and all communications can integrate with our salesforce campaigns and other content which makes tracking success and ROI very easy

As of now, both of our clients are trying to increase their lead numbers by sending newsletters and product discounts using Marketo Engage. Some integrations are also planned, so they'll have more data to work with and create better opportunities with existing and new clients.
Another use case is migrating their existing newsletter database from other tool to Marketo.

Our market is a finite market (not a lot of movement in and out of our market). We know who are accounts are. We also have multiple products that are sold to the same institution (but often different buying committees).
Marketo lets us create specific journeys for people that have 1 product or multiple products of ours as well as create journeys for prospects that currently do not have a product.

We do a lot of cross-sell and up-sell marketing campaigns using Marketo, and it is very well supported too. A key factor for us is also to not only be able to do cross-sell and up-sell marketing but also to be able to track the conversions. Using Marketo, we're able to do attribution about the conversions too, so we know what's moving the revenue needle. Similarly, we use Marketo's out-of-the-box engagement programs too for outbound marketing, and being able to set the nurture cast and load content in it in a drag and drop manner is quite convenient for our marketers. Marketo also supports customized lead journey and multi-dimensional scoring setup that helps us measure the lead velocity and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Our main use case for Marketo is lead generation, we use it to promote all of our product launches to our customers as well as to promote all of our content pieces to our database to generate leads. We also use Marketo to nurture our database through from TOFU to BOFU.

We use Marketo for driving all of our marketing initiatives. We have a dedicated marketing framework that includes email templates, marketing program templates, customized lead scoring and journeys for each of our initiatives (i.e., cross-sell, up-sell, new business, and retaining existing users). The important requirement for us to have all of our models created and setup with their separate assets/program as each is managed by a different marketing team. Marketo helps in effective segregation of each of our marketing models all within the single platform.

It helps with returning customers as well as new users for driving the revenue. Customer engagement is very important and Marketo drives customer engagement by its abundant features and proper analytics will reveal scope of improvement for the organization to achieve marketing goals.
