We use Marketo to nurture previously lost accounts after 18 months lost, acquire new accounts acquisition and nurture them, and drive lead velocity for opportunities stuck in the funnel.

Product Launches - We created a few outreach campaigns to increase awareness about a newly launched mobile app by nurturing customers about the benefits and different use cases. This, in turn, was aimed at increasing stickiness and driving loyalty to the brand and product offering.
Customer Service - Marketo was used to drive retention and drive customer satisfaction which is rated through NPS scoring.

For all sales objectives, we are trying to reach the right people at the right times with the right position statements for their role. For product launches, we are trying to build user excitement and set the stage for adoption. For customer service messages we are trying to communicate critical information to the right stakeholders.

Our current programs are for prospecting new customers. However, in the near future, we are looking to nurture our current customers with information about their membership, onboarding new customers to their membership, and newsletter sends (engagement and product usage). In the future, we'd like to be able to send our transactional emails through Marketo. However, we aren't set up for those types of email campaigns in our current instance, which forces us to continue using Transact.

With current customers, we're using Marketo to avoid churn, update them on new products, and track data usage and possible upsell for advanced tools, and for onboarding training.
With new business, we're driving proper content and tracking for educated outreach and scoring.

We are using Marketo to reach back out to customers that are working their way through our funnel. Marketo's automated email campaigns have allowed us to automatically reach out to those who may be stuck within our systems that we would have had to manually reach out to before. Having Marketo has increased our close rate within the first year of use.
We want to continue utilizing this, but increase our close rate even further by using more dynamic and personalized emails.

We are trying to convert a lead that is interested in our services to actually sign up for one of our programs. We stay in constant contact with the prospects throughout the process, as we are a broker for certain services. We are matching up the lead to the company that will meet their financial needs. By staying in contact, we are able to either help them with the process, or fit them with another program if the first didn't meet their needs.

We mostly use Marketo to drive net new logos revenue, and cross-sell and upsell motion with different regions. Marketo has an extensive partner portfolio, so if you need to connect with a third-party tool such as GoToWebinar and tie all the activities back to Marketo, this can be easily done.

We want to drive growth and get more leads really. All the time we're working with our existing clients, trying to up-sell them and sell different things. Our goal on events is to drive SQLs from MCLs, and to get people to ultimately buy our product solution. It's a long sales process and Marketo helps us track things.

Overall we are trying to provide our customers and leads with useful information regarding our products. Our goal is to increase engagement and overall knowledge of what Bio-Rad offers, and Marketo allows us to do this at a global level. Multiple teams and departments use Marketo, and it's great that we can all use the same tool to execute this.
