  • Mavenlink is easy to use, to have it set up correctly one the time to seize the main functions of Mavenlink, such as master planning tool and statistics should be taken. It takes time, training and group wideband to configure it properly.

  • Mavenlink has been amazing in allowing us to quickly generate better job processes and workflows, and then implement them in a same day manner. Intuitively adjusting templates and converting them into the next project on deck is a snap.
  • Mavenlink has AMAZING customer service. They are 100% open to feature requests, and jump immediately onto problems or questions that I have.

  • If we are talking about time saved from a administrative and setup standpoint we probably save at least around thousand dollars a week since this tool is so easy to set up!
  • They have an extensive training center to explain how to use the tool and a live chat feature so employees aren't reaching out to me with questions! That saves me a lot of time and money to work on more valuable tasks for the company.

  • The software now lags causing decreased productivity. Upwards of 20-30 seconds sometimes to load pages and log time.
  • Software changes without options to stay at current version or customize has increased lag in usage...extra clicks to do things now further slowing productivity.

  • It has allowed us to be very accurate about the time we use on a weekly basis for many different types of projects. It allows us to look back and see where we were correct about our projections, and where we were under or over an anticipated budget. This has been incredibly helpful in mapping out future projects.

  • Being able to communicate with users across the country had a positive impact on my experience with the company since I was only there a short time. This made me a better customer service partner by being introduced to individuals on these projects.
  • Opening a new franchise is a delicate and complicated process and Mavenlink was able to provide a list of requirements for each franchise before it could be opened. This helped prevent things from "slipping through the cracks".
