Meltwater Review

The people using Meltwater are those who are most interested in media monitoring. Even the boolean search fields have been simplified to ensure almost anyone can set things up. Overall, the platform is fairly simple to use and doesn't require extensive training or skill. As part of the implementation, Meltwater provides a good account overview and access to articles/videos. On the Enterprise level there is also frequent contact with an account manager and customer service representatives who are able to help with any problems or questions that come up.
