  • Definite positive ROI on PR activities as it gives us the detailed view of our brand that is needed to respond in real time to any conversations.
  • For the price, ROI is very easy to get from this tool and is also easy to get purchased as it doesn't require the normal procurement processes at large organizations.
  • Only negative ROI might be on time spent in the tool as you may find yourself spending more time than you should monitoring your mentions :)

  • Definitely, the positive impact revealed itself when we are decided to monitor our competitors. Mention helped us stay aware of all mentions for our competitors and we increased our PR presence by reaching out to bloggers and journalists who covered competitors in our niche.

  • We are more aware than ever of the mentions of our business name online. Before, we were in the dark. I would only find out that someone mentioned our brand if I had actively searched for our brand.
  • Because I am aware of when we are being mentioned, I am able to combat any negativity right away. When I am alerted to negative commentary, I have the ability to connect with that consumer and make them happy before the negativity impacts our brand.
  • The time Mention saves me in researching our online mentions is priceless. Deep research is time-consuming and now I don't have to do that on my own.

  • We have started small and the entire marketing department consisted of one person. Considering the amount of work that's needed to do, Mention was a great tool for social media monitoring that helped to save some (or a lot of) time.
  • Besides saving time, it also boosted confidence :) When you have a startup, it's always nice to see your name mentioned online (even if sometimes it was by your friends, there were times when it was Huffington Post.)
