Microsoft 365 is used across the whole organization. It addresses our communication needs & allows us to easily collaborate on various documents & spreadsheets from any location. Users have easy access via their desktop, laptop, or mobile devices, which makes working together easier for team members who travel frequently and cannot be in the office every day.

Microsoft 365 Business is being used with Outlook for group messaging and collaboration. It is also used by employees for document check in and check out with Microsoft SharePoint Online. We are beginning to roll out Microsoft Teams at some locations as a possible replacement for Slack. Microsoft Skype is also used for video conferencing.
